Let Canada lead Canada's team...

I like this lineup, it has a little of everything. Needs a good scorer off the bench in the 2 spot and it would be a nice lineup to go forward with. Should work OK with MKG or Beal as well but Barnes is probably the best fit.

Maybe Barbosa feels like coming back on a decent contract lol... he'd be a great fit. But I think Nash would do wonders for our young guys, especially Valanciunas and Kabongo if we can get him.

In this lineup it seems that Calderon is amnestied so we would have over 20 million to spend. Personally if we're going with Nash, I would like to bring in Ray Allen another top notch player who has shown interest in the past in playing in Toronto and a character guy as well. Since DeRozan was drafted by us he hasn't had much internal competition and I think this will definitely help his game in the long run.

Name 1 PG that Nash has mentored in his career? Dragic? Anyone else of note? Would he REALLY be a good mentor to Kabongo or Bay.

How do you know who he has and hasn't?

How can you prove it either?

Don't be dense.

Trey Burke is inquiring about draft stock. I don't know where we will pick, but I really like his poise as a freshman. I'd be willing to gamble on him in the late-lottery range.

Need to get rid of Jose... keep bayless and draft kabongo with one of our 3 picks... he has a lot of potential for how low the mock draft has him going.. http://nbadraft.net/2012mock_draft

Why pass up on him? We might not have a high enough pick next year to take a stab. and we need guards

Use our 2 2nd rounders to move up and grab him. Nice change of pace PG off the bench.

NBAdraft.net is always horrible for mock drafts and analysis.

Alot of mocks have him in the early second - late first but I doubt he will drop past Indiana's first round pick.

Nope. He kind of stunk against the loss to Cincinnati. He also went 0 for 10 in fgs and gave the ball away a few times.

He reminded me of a Muggsy Bogues who couldn't score.

He had a rough year, it's probably in his best interest to stay at Texas for another year or two.

No way he comes out this year. Still has a chance to be a top 15 pick next year
