I notice that when Barnes doesn’t get the ball early in the game he plays listlessly like this. Not an excuse btw. That shouldn’t matter.

He has five total shot attempts in the game so far tonight. Five. Meanwhile RJ has thirteen.

The fact that Biyombo is getting away with body checking our players clearly demonstrates just how unprofessional, biased and shady NBA refs are.

In short, because he's Scottie's backup.

It's the whole reason why most people acknowledged that CMB was a good prospect but didn't see the fit.

It's just bad coaching imo.

Why not both?! lol

Seriously...though, Vic plays about 33 minutes per game so how many minutes can we really have a lineup without Poeltl on the floor? That's only 15 minutes left, I don't want either of Scottie or CMB having to spend much time trying to handle Vic's length (especially offensively, he'd smuther out either guy)

And if Yak has to be on the floor, then he's not taking substantial minutes from Scottie...that's why it's just an awkward fit despite the talent of CMB. I just don't see where we're squeezing out substantial minutes for him like he DESERVES as a talent and/or how is this going to work long term as your top 10 pick should at least become a starter.

CMB barely touched him there. Wemby is going to be getting these calls from.here on in. He will be unguardable because of the refs.

It actually only works if you have multiple decent scorers playing at the same time

If you got 1.5 per lineup you're passing to guys with no shot of creating any realistic scoring opportunities

I find it strange that Masai believed in Scottie that much to build around him. He is a flawed player and will be difficult to build around,
