Timmy at this age is still one of the best defenders
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

Memphis was so in need of scoring that the Chalmers trade has been working out great so far.

Last playoffs, he was still producing great offensively against young-prime players in Griffen and Jordan too. Cant say enough how much of a legend to the game he is.

There's a team that seems to be an argument for the importance of character guys. Super talented team, but constantly underachieving due to so many knuckleheads. Lawson was the cherry on top. They should be a championship contender, not just a decent playoff team.

Now that we have all of that out of the way, I just came across this: Highest ever PER recorded at the end of a season belonged to Wilt with 31.8.............. Steph Curry is currently posting a PER of 37.1

If curry finished this season with the same per as wilt did (31.8) I would have to say that it's more impressive today than back then.

There was way less teams and wilt got to play against crap teams lots and teams that had like 6'6 centres

What amazes me is that Duncan and Dirk are still top players relative to their peers. I'm watching more Dallas games because Powell intrigues me/Canadian, but Dirk as the number one option is still scoring at a efficient clip.

Manu Ginobili is going HAM as well this season (one of my favorite players).

Rockets are overrated, last season they were playing above their heads and were winning games they weren't suppose to. Now some how, they are suppose to compete with GS by adding Ty Lawson? EL Oh EL

Cavs v Pistons?
Wolves v Heat?
Hornets v Knicks?

Too many choices before the Raps game :noway:

Wiggins has the most lethal spin move in the NBA. They doubled and still couldn't do anything to stop it.

LBJ with 23 points in the first half against Detroit, with over 3 minutes to go.

Porzingis 17/9 at the half. That kid is ruining our pick.

Shoulda found a way to promise him in 2014

Nah. Who am I kidding. Raps would have ruined him.

Raptors would of asked him to gain 20-30lbs and learn to only take 15-20 ft. jumpers.

I mean he does need to gain some strength, but not that much, and certainly not quickly. Give him a few years, he'll fill out just fine. He only needs 5-10 pounds more than he's already put on. Needs to stay lean.

But he already takes jumpers. Needs consistency but he can get his off cleanly against anyone (aside maybe AD, but he's an anomaly in his own right).

Oh, I know he takes jumpers. I just meant that they would ask him to only take jump shots, and not attack the rim or crash the boards. Mid-range game or bust!
