So excited to be able to watch the game sevens this weekend knowing that we are already there— ready to go. Feels good man.

We won inspite of casey but i have to admit he finally dod the right rotation in the 4th putting in lowry and CJ its what i was calling for the entire quarter. Still think hes a sh coach but he did maake the right adjustment today

stackhouse probably more responsible for his development. only reason he got a chance because of wright and norm injuries and he firmly established himself with the opportunity given.
Also for how long fans have been calling for JV to be playing alongside the bench? And yet it doesn't happen till today. Why are fans able to pick better lineups than this supposed coach who has a supposed vast breadth of basketball knowledge?

Ya throwing JV with the bench was great, he was getting good looks and he could easily outplay any 2nd unite big men in this league.

in just 24 minutes tonight Delon "only plays good at home" Wright had more steals than the Wizards 4-3

Siakam and Val worked nicely today. It is amazing that:

1- this is the first time, ever, that JV plays with the mob.
2- how much nicer his D looks with good perimeter defense.

I know this was not *his* game (G5) but again he came in the 4th when we were leading by 3 and we finished 14-7.
Maybe he can play 4th quarters after all?

His Defense was still terrible. Don’t blame Lowry or demar for Val’s shortcomings. Despite all that Val has forced caseys hand

Even thou we were down big I didn't felt pressure at all, For the first time in this series with vanvleet back I was confident we'd win and sitting on my couch with them Sapporo all relaxed ^_^

Dr Positivity wrote:I don't think Lowry was ever a choker. The man has balls and came up big for us in G7 vs Miami. He played well against Brooklyn in first series for us. The struggles were a combination of

- Injury/getting worn out by playoffs
- Too many isos leading teams to load up on Derozan and Lowry
- Overperformed in regular season by playing hard and the system. He is a good scorer but 16-18ppg with an all around game is probably closer to right than 22ppg. Billups and Porter didn't have 22ppg seasons, never broke 20 in fact

Me neither, it’s just easy to label him as one looking from the outside; and not accounting for all those compounded factors you mentioned above. The current system puts him in a conducive position to be successful, we’ve finally empowered our youth off the bench. Something that teams have to gameplan for, the emergence and brilliance of Wright/Vanvleet have taken so much pressure off of Lowry. This is the freshest I’ve ever seen him, having his body right has his mind right as well. I’d take an all around 18/7/7 type of line from Lowry any day. This team can score 100+ easily without needing him to pour it on offensively.

Ive stopped paying attention to paul peirce, he is only doing it to get a rise out of our fan base, he admitted it as much. Just stop paying attention to him amd let him fade away.
