Ross had a great game today. Loved what he did in the flow of the offense. Attacked closeouts, made the right kickout, and moved off the ball. Made his open 3's too.

I don't know about re-signing him though, because will he keep up tonight's performance and make it consistent? He doesn't need to be a big-time scorer, just make the right basketball plays and shoot the 3 at a good percentage.

Jeremy Lamb going to sign an extension for 3yr/$21m with the Hornets. Ross isn't, and shouldn't get any less. I still say he'll sign a deal for 3yr/$30m if he signs at all.

Crazy money. Masai is great with contracts though, and if TRoss **** the bed with poor performances, he'll get shipped out.

That Lamb contract is worrying.

I hope Masai doesn't extend him. Let him play for a contract. See how good he can be in both the regular season and the playoffs.

Terrance 3 years 21 million would be an awesome signing. So much upside. Would be easy to make that contract a very good looking trade chip.

If Masai can get him to 7,8 or even 9 million then it's a fantastic signing. Lots of teams are going to give Terrance a good look. Young wing player with a great stroke, long, fast, super athletic. I'd love for them to work out a deal.

Having him play the year to earn his contract isn't bad either, but there's a chance he plays himself into a better deal than the kind of deal Masai could negotiate him and his agent into right now.

all of his 11 in the 4th for ross and hes working on D and moving that ball...ross finally showing signs, finally...all he needs to do is keep this solid bench play up

Ross deserves 4/40, hes going to take the next step this season. Next season he can very well be our DeMar replacement.

4 Years at 32 mill overall, 8 mil each year is pretty good imo.

If Lamb is close to signing a 7mil deal, I'd hate to see what Ross is looking for. Even with Ross' ups and downs, he's shown far more than Lamb has.
