I noticed in recent interviews by Nick and today that he would always address the interviewer by name...the politeness...he probably learned from Casey.

"First of all
I think game is changing before our eyes - changed so much in the last 5/3 years - i think leadership im planning and coaching staff plan is to look at what comes next and work ahead of the game.

Tried to make steps in career to continually learn and test this or that out, part of innovation.

We want to be creative - uncomfortableness at time when we try things too far outside the box
but the seaosn, the process, summer league, training camp, preseason, the season - we want to try things - new combinations, new positions for some guys etc."

"First of all thanks to Coach Casey - we shared a lot of winning and he first brought me here 5 years ago. learn alot as a professional and cant take away the 5 years shared together.

But again, the success we want to have is in the playoffs, like every other team in NBA.

We need to make sure we try some new things here and there, new rotations.
You will see a bit more creativity from me during the season/preseason.

Playoff changes the game, defense comes at you faster, and you end up having to do things you havent really practiced enough. We want to do those things in the regular season to be prepared"
