Why does JV look like he's playing in Timbs some nights? Why does Lowry have less confidence than a preteen nerd asking a chick out to the dance? Why does CJ anger me so much?

I need answers man.

"It is an emotion-biased, decision-making phenomenon where decision-makers hold a preferred outcome with regard to an evaluative task. As such, they are inclined to arrive at a particular conclusion about the hated object by engaging in biased processes with regard to accessing, constructing and evaluating information. It was recognized as far back as the 1600s"

"Haters also strenuously resist positive information about the hated object no matter how overwhelming that information is. In part, they may be susceptible to Conservatism Bias in that they are unable to revise their beliefs sufficiently when presented with new evidence."

Coaching is a problem. A little one. Couldn't stand Casey, but was expecting more with Nick Nurse's in game adjustments. I guess, I can not ask for much since NBA is a players league (with very little exceptions).
Man, but Lowry lately is just horrible.

if they dont make out of the first this year, its gunna be a huge letdown. this team is just too talented.

the leafs are better off then raps mainly bc hockey doesnt have superteams and their best players are pretty young and are rfa's.

The Leafs are as close to a super team as you'll get in hockey. They've got a ton of star power and arguably the best coach in the sport.

They have offensive firepower but their back end isn't deep enough at all, and they lack any kind of size and grit. The playoffs will be a huge test for them and as good as they can be scoring the puck, it'll all come down to how hot Freddy is.

the grit thing sucks. i hate how in the playoffs, playing dirty is perfectly fine. the teams defense isnt even that bad, it will get better, we got some good prospects (sandin looks like the real deal).
Next off-season, if we can get marner/matthews signed, its going to be a fun 5 years.

Before the Season:
Realgm Board: Regular season doesn't matter, the Raps will be judged on their playoff performance.

During the Season:
Realgm Board: Panace and overreact after every loss.

I am happy for the recent struggles. Even during the winning streak we could all sense that all was not well. How often did you hear: "and this team isn't even playing up to full capacity".

Its hard to get guys to work on the details when your are in 1st place. This will force Nurse to find options for when Kyle is struggling with his shot. So when it happens in the post season, he has options that have been practiced "in game".

It's pretty simple. See, winning in the RS proves nothing. You gotta win in the playoffs. But losing in the RS proves you can't win in the playoffs. Clearly logical. Good teams never lose to bad teams, and playoff games are single elimination so only winning at an above .500 clip against top 10 teams is not enough. #greenfont.
