I don't think the contracts that we would get back would be any good. They would just be for salary matching purposes. The value would be the 2 or 3 picks or young players we would get.

That being said finding $30 million in matching expiry salaries is tough. It might be easier by February when some teams have had an injury.

Moving Lowry was always in the cards. His salary cap hold makes it virtually impossible to resign him and pursue a max player in 2021. Its only a matter of how much we are getting back for Lowry. I think we can hope to obtain a promising young player and 2 first round pick.

Perhaps Denver for a combination of MPJ, Morris, Barton or Harris along with a couple of first rounders and a pick swap?

Not if he was overpaid in 2020-2021 and re-signed at a discount for the MLE. Which to me seemed the entire point for the one year extension.

Losing ibaka changes everything .. from being a serious competitor we are now borderline 8th seed... unless masai pulls off a brilliant trade...

Can you do us all a favor and think before you post, or at least put more effort into your trolling? Maybe titrate your SSRIs? You're saying that losing Ibaka is more impactful for our record than losing Kawhi.
