LOL this has nothing to do with being a Debbie Downer as you put it. I'm enjoying the way this team is building assets and how well the player that could changes everything is developing. It's great that the Raptors have beaten some G League teams with players playing very well. There's nothing but positive with each individual having great stats. It's all win win for the Raptors. Before this season started I was actually one of the most positive about this team indicating they would easily make the playoffs as this team has too much talent. I even expected them to fight for one of the 4-6 range spots.

The way this team plays on offense is still suspect though, and that's why they need a bit of a change. It's very obvious to see that this team has too many shoot first players and not enough player who focus more on defense and playing a supporting role. There are stretches where they will play the style we are used to under Nurse in previous years, but you can see that they constantly need to be reminded after the half to play this way. They need players who play like that more naturally.

The great thing is, the team has accumulated enough talent that should be great value in trades.
