But having to rely on OG Siakam and Barnes to get us a bucket in playoffs half court crunch time is a disaster waiting to happen.

Maybe if our PG or C is an MVP level. But its easier to get rid of OG for a more balanced 2/3/4 line up.

Even with all of kawhis great defense if he put up demar derozan numbers offensively we would've lost to yhe sixers guaranteed.

Just because s coach chooses to play a guy 40 mins doesn't mean he's actually doing anything to help us win. Maybe in the coach's eyes but if it doesn't get results it doesn't matter.

I dontveven mind og. I think he's a great role player. But thats all he is is a role player. Not someone you build around. We have far too many holes on this roster to be concerned if guys are getting played off the floor in crunch time in the playoffs. First we need to find a way to build a team that gets there consistently. If it means rebuilding and acquiring different talented pieces that happen to not play defense so be it. All I know is the curren4 team with its current players isn't doing ****.

The thing is that's not what og wants or thinks he's worth. Guy clearly wants to be able to develop and be given free reign like fvv and siakam.

But again I don't really care about the money because thays out of my hands. I'm strictly talking about talent and I'd rather watch different players see if they van flourish in different situations.

Yea, Luka is going to get the best of most defenders on an island. I think part of the reason he was benched that series is because of his motor. He was defended by small wings and he wasn't rebounding or running the floor as hard. You have to dominate them on the other side to make up for Luka haunting you. Not everyone has the best pnr player in the league.

He is not Bam but I don't think he is a horrible defender when engaged and with good defenders around him. Clippers had Kawhi/PG and they couldn't defend Luka either.
