Here are just a few Championship teams without a Star PG:

Lakers, Bulls, Miami, Houston

Uh Derrick Rose

Uh... he's talking about the Championship teams.
So Jordan Bulls, Wade/Shaq Heat and Hakeem Rockets

Should be an interesting workout on Monday - I believe Kanter is coming in and Knight mentioned in an interview with the Kings after his work-out there he'll be working out in Toronto sometime next week (workout was on June 2nd).

I thought that they were watching Kanter workout in Chicago this past week?

Walker cancelled his workout against Jimmer in Sacramento on Thursday. Don't know if it's a promise or he's scared. I can see Walker sliding like Davis did last year.

Why would Walker be scared of Jimmer? And why do you see Walker slipping?

Most teams and fans are 50/50 on Walker and Knight. Theres a rumor Portland is trying to
get a top pick to get him.

I"m just passing along info from the Sac board. They have an article that wonders if Jimmer plays Walker evenly it will hurt his stock value. So he doesn't want to play him. Portland is 21st. A top pick for Walker may be 10 which is still a slide.

I like Walker but there's too many moving pieces in this draft. Some people you know won't drop far like Williams, Kanter, Knight, JV. But others can drop and I think Walker is one guy that can. All it takes is one team to pick a guy like Burks high and the ripple effect can make him slip. Because at the end of the day Knight is younger and taller. And that will give him an edge - fair or not.

This is a kid you take and run without looking back. Knight and Kemba can wait later.

Haha nice try. Only in my dreams can the Raptors have to go through the pain of deciding Derrick Williams or Brandon Knight...

Is there any word on whether Biyombo or Valanciunas will be doing team workouts?

These guys are both young enough, I dont think age will play a role at all. As for height, these few inches shouldnt be the determining point.

Bored and just curious about drafting and what leads to a ROY:

Average draft rankings of the Rookies of the Year since 2000/2001 = 3.45

Highest: #1

Lowest: #9

Since when does Weems bring any kind of defense to the court anyway?

All of those teams had one of the best lead guards in NBA history though. Kobe, Jordan, Wade, and Drexler ('95).
