These guys are all lights out shooters something we need to compete in the new NBA and to make up for DD's lack of 3 ball. They all shoot 40+% on 4+ FGA from 3-point range.

If Anthony can be acquired as the new starting 4 next to Ibaka it would be perfect. You have possibly 4 great three point shooters around DeRozan at all times.

Ibaka
Melo
Ojeleye
DeRozan
Lowry

He's coming in with improved playmaking as well hopefully to find the open shooter more often while maybe improving his own three? From at least the corner I would hope.

I bet Semi Ojeleye is drafted before 37. Bolden might be too. Ojeleye has done well in workouts so far. Looking like a late first guy. He's not a must have guy tho so I wouldn't mind getting some 2nds.

Late 1st to mid 2nd. He'll never be Draymond can't pass and doesn't have the arm length. Can be a good player tho. Although it's debatable if he's the best we can get.

Can someone recommend me of some top players in this draft so I can see some highlights? And no I don't wana see anything from ball.. >.>

I thought the knock on Semi is his defense. Doesn't seem anything like Draymond Green to me.

The Draymond comparisons are a **** joke:

College stats per/40 (in final season):
Ojeleye: 8 (REB) 1.8 (AST) 0.5 (STL), 0.5 (BLK)
Green: 12.8, 4.6, 1.8, 1.1

Outside of his scoring ability (against smaller, weaker kids), Ojeleye is complete trash.

2 reasons I think his physical measurements were not impressive and he had a mediocre scrimmage. He was pretty good from the 3pt line and got a few steals but that's about all he did. His athletic measurements were impressive tho he was top 5 in all categories.

Exactly. People stop drinking the "but he's totally jacked" bruiser Koolaid. Thank goodness Masai sees through that BS. Fk Jae Crowder, fk Taureen Prince, fk Montrezl, fk Portis. Same crap every year.

Take it with a grain of salt. Both Malcolm Brogdon and Norman Powell, arguably the best two picks in the 2nd round the last two drafts plummeted in DX's pre-draft mocks. There's so much volatility in the latter 2/3rds of the draft it's impossible to gain any kind of accuracy.

Crowder is OK but our board love affair for him seems to be reflected in seeking his clone every draft. Habitually.

Semi sort of reminds me of Stanley Johnson in terms of playing style and measurements in college. Need to see some SMU games to evaluate his ball IQ but I definitely love his upside.

Let's stop trying to find a Draymond because there isn't one.

If semi has good work ethic then choose him.

I remember the 2015 draft thread and everybody said Powell was a waste and dauntey Jones was his ceiling

If semi works his shot no problem choosing him. We need shooters but I highly doubt casey is gonna play a 19 year tj leaf in a playoff series lol

I'm not even vouching for him. I do see the appeal. One thing to consider, of all the breakout players drafted after #20 in the draft in the last decade or so, only a small, small handful were under 20 years old. The steals tend to be older players.

SFs tend to be late bloomers and for all of Semis age talk hes only played significant minutes 1 season. So maybe there is hope but we'll see.

Semi had a different role than Green in college. He's got an elite shooting, strength, athleticism, and work ethic. Him and DeRozan as pick and pop combo would be insane. He also is one of the quickest guys in college in terms of lateral agility. He's going to be a stud.

Him Bolden and Devin Robinson are lotto like talents with great measurements. Add in Bruno and I think in a few years we could have the longest, best shooting guys in the league. Five years from now I see.

Poetlt
Bruno/Bolden
Semi
Powell/Robinson
Wright

It could be a low seed playoff team alone. The mix of skills, shooting, and most importantly two way talent.

Maybe, not a Draymond Green in terms of style of play, but I'm a big fan of Caleb Swanigan. I think he could be a Draymond Green-like steal.
