if that was gasol they would not be saying to chill. Lowry cost the raptors the game and it's clear as day. All the blaming nurse is just to deflect the blame because they've been doing it since casey was here. Demar and casey shouldered a lot of blame that lowry should have shared. When ever this guy costs us a game. You'll have certain fans looking at for who they can throw the blame on "who else didn't play well that I can point out" kawhi was probably thinking I hit those big 3's only for this bum to blow the game.

Only positive from this is that we played like absolute garbage and still only lost by 1 point with a chance
to win the game and Golden State was insane from 3 point land.

All the blame should go to the medical staff that cleared him. Its their job to make sure a player is 100% before playing.

He might have been 100% but I think the main problem is that he isn't given enough time to be 'safe to play' following that injury. I mean, clearly he had a serious injury with his calf considering how he was out for so long - then you give him 1 practice and throw him into a playoff game. Seems like an injury/accident waiting to happen...

If it's true that the original injury was his calf and now he tears his achilles as a result (over-compensating or whatever) then that's terribly irresponsible by the training staff and Myers.

It's going to come down to variance in shooting in two f'n games. Unfortunately for us we are a very high variance shooting team that is capable of incredibly bad shooting performances. If I have to listen to a "it's a hit and miss league" excuse at the end of this I'm going to cry. You just can burn your chances when you have them.

Lowry passing up that wide open 3 for a Siakam corner 3 really made no sense to me. The momentum killing timeout where they went on a run was just bizarre to me. No timeout at the end when we're down only 1 was just plain awful....

I agree with you. We’re up 6 and had lots of opportunities for Lowry to score and defend, he lost it on both counts. Just not ready today.

Just threw that game away. Threw it away. So many defensive lapses. Klay and Curry got more open looks tonight than they did all series. No pace offensively. Just walking it up the court with no urgency. Cousins was forced to play after Durant/Looney went down and we didn't exploit him nearly enough, he should have been targeted every single play. Just bricking open 3s. Just a total failure execution wise. Despite all that you're up 6 and then you proceed to f*ck up in every conceivable way.

This was a championship on a platter that we threw away. Durant goes down. Looney goes down. Up 6. Unf*ckingbelievable.
