Right now the guys that have grown on me the most is Rischer and Sheppard. I've always liked Williams - I think he has a chance to be a star at the next level.

Not really feeling Salaun. I might prefer to gamble on Ware at that point in the draft. McCullar looks interesting on paper.

I agree Sheppard and Rischer look great. Both play great defense and have good shooting ability

Topic looks interesting but 3 point shooting might be an issue and didn't really get an understanding of his point of attack defence. Sarr looks cool but far from the elite level can't miss big you find in every draft. Williams doesn't blow me away - 11/22 from the 3 so far this season. Would want to see this with more volume.

I wont hate if we keep the pick but I'd be relieved to give it up this year.

I think Sarr, Risacher, Williams, Walter, Saluan, Topic are all really exciting and you could add more

think this draft might becoming underrated

I agree
I’m just trying to figure out if that is me trying to convince myself or if it’s real lol

C.Williams and Risacher are legit top 3 talent wings (most valuable asset in league)

Walter/Topic/Sarr/Salaun/Ivisic? arguably all top 5 talents

Alot of high quality + high upside guys in the rest of first round (Sheppard/dillingham/Castle/Buzelis/Holland/Filiposki etc.)

rounding out to a pretty standard draft it seems.

Probably need to reserve judgement on Ivisic. Very uneventful 2nd game. 10 min, 3 fouls

Cody Williams is probably the top choice for me atm

Sarr is going to be a bust. He doesn't look physically capable to be an NBA big.

Seems like this draft have players on the level of Brandon Miller, Jabari Smith, Franz Wagner, etc.

Hopefully the scouting department doesn't let a GG Jackson slip past the 1st round.

He has a small frame. He's thin too but lacks athleticism.

Furphy is a ridiculous name.

Yeah the more I think of it, the more I don't mind that pick not conveying for even the next two years perhaps. I'm not as sure about next year's draft as there still a lot that remains to be seen about it but at least for this year, I like keeping the pick.

We've had a pretty rough season so far and there's still more yet to go. Maybe continue to fire up the tank, keep the pick this year and in the process of moving Brown and/or Poeltl, look to acquire a 2025 first. At least this way if we do have to give up our 2025 first, we still have another pick to work with.

I like Sheppard's defense, shooting and efficiency. Risascher and William do look like they could be stars. Walter looks intriguing. For the middle of the draft, I like Ware's potential and McCullar looks like this year's Jaquez - a ready now older player.

Stay away from the Ignite guys.

7’1” with a 7’4.5” wingspan. 217lbs

For comparison, Chet is 7’1” with a 7’6” wingspan and 207lbs

Sarr is still just 18 and I doubt he’s done growing. can maybe reach 7’2” or 7’3” and wingspan could increase too. His frame actually seems capable of putting on more weight. With NBA trainers and nutrition I could see him reaching 240 by the time he’s 20

He also moves very well for a big so he won’t be spending all his time sitting in the point, which is the direction that the modern big man is trending now anyways

I'm a big fan of Dillingham, and while he's not exactly like IQ, they are functionally similar enough that there is overlap. I do think Dillingham is the better prospect overall so if he's the BPA at our pick what do we do? Sign IQ and then trade him later when RD is ready? Keep both and play them like Dennis and IQ?

That's hard. I think above all you have to go with BPA and if DIllingham is BPA when we're on the clock, you take him and worry about the rest later.

I really do hope it doesn't come to that though. I'm still trying to get a feel of Dillingham but I would easily choose the NBA proven Quickley over a rookie as of right now. If you have to take Dillingham then you see how he does before making a decision on dealing Quickley. So we're talking at least 2 years or so from now.

This roster needs a 3 level scorer in the worst way. A centre can improve that aspect in the other players but people got to realize Poeltl isn't that guy. A 3 pt shooting C draws the opposing C out from paint. A scoring C keeps the opposing C occupied. You need one or the other. If you don't get either, get a shot blocker that provides paint intimidation.

1 of the 4 possible picks needs to be a C.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.
