What kind of television coverage will there be of this coin flip? Is the NBA aware that there are tons of Raptors fans who would gleefully watch a 30 minute coin toss special? Hell, make it an hour - I'm in. I'll even do the legwork - here's the show rundown:

Profiles of the tied teams and their needs in the upcoming draft

Profiles of draft prospects expected to go in that range of the 1st

Retrospective piece on significant coin tosses from throughout NBA history

Detailed breakdown of the 3 way coin toss rules and format

Special appearance by Sam Hinkie to provide statistical analysis of the coin toss odds. Example - Sam: "Each coin toss has a 50/50 chance of coming up either heads or tails. As it starts out with a 3 way tie - each team has a 2/3 chance of advancing to the coin toss finals. Then, each finalist has a 50/50 chance of winning the final toss" Host: "Fascinating - and how do you arrive at these odds?" Sam: "That process is called basic math". Host: "Hmmm, very interesting. Seems like black magic to me. You analytics guys are too much. Maybe you should have watched a basketball game once in a while instead of playing with your protractor and you wouldn't be in the studio here with me." Sam: Glares silently for a beat... "Well, it was the ancient Greek mathematician Pythagoras who said...." Cut to commercial

Representatives from all five franchises impacted by the toss are in studio to observe. Kings have rehired George Karl just to attend the coin toss ceremony. He will be immediately fired again following the show. Denver - Peyton Manning. New York Knicks - Isiah Thomas. Raptors - Drake. Bucks - have once again sent owner's daughter Mallory Edens. She is once again immediately setting Twitter on fire as soon as she appears on camera. Viewers immediately become uncomfortable with how both Peyton and Isiah are are looking at Ms Edens.

Actual coin tosses - shown live - and then also in super slo-mo replay. Sinatra's Luck Be A Lady played over the super slo-mo replays.

Interviews with giddy winners and saddened losers.

Live re-firing of George Karl.

Fade to black. Roll Credits.

I'm not sure how "our" pick can be interpreted as Denver's pick in that sentence, but O.K.

Thats the only way it makes sense 8-)

CunningLinguist got it right the first time and yes I was talking about our pick ; not thinking straight just woke up from being drunk after that historic night yesterday. Kobe storybook ending 60pts, GS 73wins, and Denver losing; it was magical

Powell won and Jays won. Truly a good night.

Looks like Thon Maker's draft eligible. Interesting to see where he's slotted to go

Sounds pretty accurate based on what I have seen of him. The fact that he keeps refusing to play against top competition is telling as well.

Funny they mention the small hands because when I saw him up close the other night I was thinking "surprised he doesn't have bigger hands".

We can't get the #1 pic, Denver exercises their option to switch after the lotto is done.

Still though, imagine drafting Ingram?

Oh mama, hold me.

oh... didnt realize that. makes sense. for some reason i just kept thinking we get denvers lottery odds.

No worries. We'll only need the 2nd overall pick to get Simmons anyway... ;)

Reminds me of Henson, but based on his current build I think he will fill out a lot more than Henson did. He's already gotten a lot thicker in his freshman season at Mich State compared to his last year of high school.

Henson looks the same as the day he entered the league.

I cant believe someone would compare Deyonta Davis to Derrick Favors. Do you even watch basketball?

Yeah - I was watching some video of Henson at UNC and I thought he reminds me Davis. Davis can fill out. Favors not as much, but they were both raw in university and were defensive rebounders. If Davis can be a bigger Henson then he'll be fine.

And I'm also not so convinced with Thon at any one of our picks. Not what we need, reminds me of Damien Inglis hype except we see this guy so much we are ignoring his faults for 'potential'.

What makes you think I was the first one to compare them - plus the comparison is between Favors in Georgia Tech not his level now. Do you even watch basketball?
