he still might make it out by being the Marcus Smart of his draft class.

I don't think he has the "assholiness" of Marcus Smart. lol

most of the boards basically called Masai incompetent for not drafting the chosen one/Suggs and now one can read "Fultz over Suggs". I was so anti-Suggs that I wanted the 4th pick traded. BUT NOW with Barnes around, Suggs looks like the perfect guard to play along Scottie. Scottie could do his point forward stuff while Jalen would defend the point of attack, playing off the ball.

Bol + Ross + Anthony works too. I'm guessing Orlando has room to take on some salary

bruh both are terrible shooters.

this whole fanbase is going to complain and you know it. we already complain that FVV is an inefficient chucker because you know FG%

None of those guards are ideal.
Fultz is a good defender and has size to guard most 2s. He can get to the basket but his jump shot is suspect.

Suggs will get you steals and even blocks but shooting is horrible. Also seems to get injured a lot.

Anthony has a bit of FVV where he thinks he is as good as he is short. He can shoot you out of games or go hot and get shoot you back in. He is a shooting guard in a point guards body.

Lmfaooo, I think Suggs is going to be a defensive beast someday, like borderline DPOY type of defensive player but the brother can't chew and dribble at the same time lol.

I'd take him in as a project but Masai isn't trading FVV for him unless they add draft compensation and I have no clue why Orlando would ever give up draft equity for FVV.

They will be better at it in a year. They are both 21. Barnes has been taking too many 3s lately not to be a good shooter at practice: Things will catchup! .
They are the perfect fit though, Scottie cant play point guard as he cant guard the young point guards and we only have one OG. If all these trade talks are about empowering Scottie then the PG has to be a combo-defender type like Suggs.

Now that I think about it, all magic Point guards are ass. Like they all got a major flaw lmao.

Suggs is also most likely gonna be a bust. Already so injury prone

Suggs has like 0 value. secrets out on him that he can't shoot and he doesn't have a PG mentality + he's always injured. and he's been replaced on the pecking order with Banchero and Wagner showing out. and Isaacs is Orlando's baby. I would argue that Barnes' handles are better than Suggs. and thats saying something about Suggs as a small guy.

They need guys who can shoot around those 3 guys and suggs ain't bringing any of that. Raptors already know Suggs because he worked out with them only. lol i don't see the Raptors going for Suggs if they already evaluated him and know that he sucks - and proven that in Orlando. everything wrong with him manifested in these two injury riddled seasons.

Fred is actually an upgrade over their point guards believe it or not.
