One of the best posters I've ever seen, it's funny it's losing the TSN 1V1 highlight poll to a goalie making a glove save we see multiple times a year

A Wolves vs Nuggets series would be must watch basketball. As much as I like Jokic I'd probably root for the Wolves. They're a more exciting team to watch and Conley deserves a ring. It would be funny to see him get one and not Chris Paul.

Luka went 6-27 tonight for 18 points. Keep that in mind, haters, when you **** on Scottie for a bad shooting performance.

Watching the Cavs Wolves game a few games ago, I was thinking what a bad Finals it would make from the league's and TV networks pov. Not that I think Cavs will get there but they are second or third in the East. It would be good basketball but ratings disaster. It's hard to imagine the league allowing it to happen.

Unless you believe the NBA is a fair athletic competition with no influence of outcomes by the league and refs.

The only thing I can think of is that he's 'blocking the block'? ie preventing the defender from contesting kawhi's shot?

That's the quickest Harden's moved on defense in about a decade.

Cavs vs Wolves seems like it could be a dud. No one really exciting in Cleveland yet. And it's Cleveland. Wolves have Edwards though so different story. But you got me thinking. Boston vs Minny both have green jerseys. Hate that. Knicks vs Wolves it is.

Although lets be real. It's probably Celtics vs Nuggets.

One silver lining is McBride and Achiuwa have had a chance to show they are part of the rotation. If Randle and Robinson come back and the team gets in sync so late in the season, they can beat anyone but Boston. But in the offseason I agree they need to add another scoring star to challenge Boston next year.

I thought Robinson was finished. Is there a chance he comes back for the playoffs? As the Raptor's representative to the Knicks I trust that you are informed on the matter. :eyebrows:

My info comes second hand from the Knicks board. :D The Knicks applied earlier for the injury exception to the salary cap, or whatever it's called, implying he was out for the season. The league denied it. Since then they post a lot of hopeful stuff that he's working out, testing the ankle, may be back before the season ends. I don't know how realistic it is but their board seems to take it as a given.

Report yesterday said Robinson practiced in full with the team in Denver. Maybe soon

Guess I'm in the minority because Ant Man vs Mitchell would be awesome for me lol.

Yeah, I was posting about the American TV audience and who ABC would want and not want. Cleveland and Minnesota are not the markets they want for ratings

Pretty sure Jokic has his 3rd MVP locked up.

Probably should be 4th straight if the voters didn't get Jokic fatigue last year.

The Grizzlies up 97-91 with 20 seconds left and then an all time choke. They're going to OT now and will definitely lose

I would be happy with that finals too. Not so much because of Mitchell. But because of ANT and the Gobert vs Mobley/Allen match up. I more was talking about fans in general. As I don't see Mitchell having that much star power.

edit: and I would like it for Garland too. He's fun to watch.

I agree markets are important. But stars matter most IMHO. Just check the recent finals. Milwaukee, Cleveland 4 years straight, the three years before that Spurs twice and OKC before them, Orlando and then more Spurs. None of those markets are big but all those teams had star power.
