6'5, 185 lbs would be rather undersized to classify as a small forward in this league if you ask me.

I remember someone says he can play SF because of his 7 feet something wingspan lol! Rondo has 6`9 wingspan so maybe he should play SF too lol.

I LOVE barnes, but if AD is there damn I`ll take him. Think about it, TWIN TOWER like JamesNaismith said. You can build around twin tower easily!

What a ridiculous counter argument. Rondo is 6'2 and Jeremy Lamb is 6'6". I know you favour Barnes.

Like Dr. Mufasa said, SG/SF are rather intergchangeable nowadays. And plus we don't need to start Lamb with DeRozan right away.

I just think Lamb is gonna be a player.

That being said, Harrison Barnes is my favourite prospect thus far.

What's so special about Harrison Barnes? I think it was nbadraft.net thats compared him
to Luol Deng Part 2 now.

Length and the pick and roll instead of on ball dynamism is Anthony Davis. I kind of like Marcus Camby as a long term comparison for him. I'm not buying the offensive star potential for Davis yet at all

I Agree totally with that

What a weak counter argument. They are interchangeable in college nowadays but definitely not in the NBA. You are going to have Lamb or Derozan guarding the SFs in the nba. Are you serious? Im not talking about guarding just Lebron, or Melo. But even guys like Deng, Granger, Gay, or Beasley can bully these two. And Lamb is only 6'5". What NBA player with 6'5" and 185 lb is competent enough to play SF and guarding SF, and assuming he adds 20 lb max hes still only going to be 205 lb. And we are going to use a high pick on Lamb and not starting him right away, soon or later you still have to play them both in the lineup the same time.

Still have a lot of faith in Drummond. He has the most potential on the board to be a star so I'd take him if he was still available.

My Big Board
Andre Drummond
Anthony Davis
Quincy Miller
Perry Jones
Micheal-Kidd Gilchrist
Harrison Barnes
Jeremy Lamb

I think Harrison Barnes will be a great player in the league. An upper echelon SF but not the star that we should be aiming for. I don't read too much into the Gilchist-Barnes match-up because Gilchrist is looking like the Iguodala who is the best SF defender in the league so if he can't score against him, it's not the end of the world. Lamb's at the bottom because I'm not convinced a wing tandem of Lamb and DeRozan can work so if we're going forward with DeRozan then we don't need Lamb. Miller looks like the most complete SF in the draft but things could change. Gilchrist is all heart and could be a star if he develops a jumpshot.

If we can come out of this draft with Miller & Kabongo, that would be SICK!!

I'm worried about Miller's knees...I don't want another Brandon Roy situation.

Harrison Barnes and the Torontonian Kabongo!

for this teams direction, i really like kidd-gilchrist

intense, defensive, explosive, and would fill a gap immediately while clearly possessing a still higher ceiling...

Harrison Barnes is overated. He'll be a solid player but not an all star which is what we desperately need.

Jeremy Lamb is a 6'5 shooting guard that will not be picked within the top 7. Hes one of those players that gets hype because hes athletic but in the long run will just be a role player on some team that picks him 11th. He will get destroyed in the NBA with his lanky frame...i mean 185 pounds? Thats like minute bol territory.

Between those 4 I'm not sure, although I think PJIII and Drummond have the absolute highest ceilings of anyone based on their size/athleticism/skillset. There's uncertainty as to whether they are likely to fully realize their enormous potential though.

Exactly what I was going to say. After these four, I'd probably pick Gilchrist rather than Barnes.

Are you serious? Lamb is a real talent. I simply don't want the Raptors to pick him up because I do not think he would fit with Derozan, but any team that picks him are going to have their SG of the future. 185 is not that bad at all, as I recall Durant is still a stick figure. I challenge you to a Sig bet, I guarantee that Lamb will be a top 7 pick (barring injury).
