- Valanciunas over Kemba and Kawhai still bothers me
- Paul George sky rocketing after the combine and draft workouts to be drafted a few picks in front of us still hurts

Hoffa, Bargnani and Bruno still really hurt

Delon wasn't a reach at all.

We traded for the 46th pick to select Norman Powell, and Milwaukee picked him for us.

Siakam wasn't a reach as I said, he was ranked as a late-first, early second round pick and he was discussed on this board. Plenty of people knew who he was and were okay with the pick as it was made.

We can't control who's picked in front of us (Chriss & George).

Terrence Ross, Jonas Valanciunas and Andrea Bargnani were picked by Bryan Colangelo, NOT Masai. With that said, we picked Ross at 9 when he was ranked around 12 therefore not a reach.

Hoffa was picked by Rob Babcock.

Therefore, Bruno still remains as Masai's only questionable pick during his reign as our GM.

But since you're so lazy and clearly stubborn I'll just nail your coffin shut so you stop with your trolling...

Already have Delon Wright, who can do it in the NBA with NBA range.

The reason why I'm not wasting my time with you and engaging in this pointless debate is because you're clearly
confused with most of my points and misinterpreted most of my points or lumping things in the wrong category.

You're all over the map and yes I'm to lazy to spoon feed a confused poster

So, instead of responding with facts you call me dumb, and state that I have errors in my facts, which you conveniently choose not to point out. So.... you're willing to keep responding with misled hostility, but not willing enough to back yourself up with facts when you've been proven wrong post after post. Here's an oldie, but a goodie from this board that applies perfectly to anything you post. "Sounds about right".

For example...

I list different reasons for being traumatized/disappointed during the draft over the years you then think each reason
applies to every Draft! Then you bring up each single draft lumping guys in the wrong category of my point. You want
me to go through each draft to be specific when it should be clear as day...

Then you said Ross was drafted 9th when he was drafted 8th thought we drafted Powell instead of trading for him and
from my perspective it's like why waste your time debating with somebody like this you know?

But the fact that I'm still wasting my time replying to this doesn't help either

First things first, when you speak in generalities it applies to everything you say within that statement. You want to be vague and then expect others to be able to decipher your confusion. If I were to say that the Raptors don't draft well it would be intrepreted as I've never liked a draft pick we've made. However, if I say I didn't like the Bargnani or Araujo selections it makes things a lot more clear. See how that works? So how about you learn how to be specific? I don't know, maybe that's just a talent we don't all possess.

Second, yes Ross was drafted 8th. Oh no, throw everything I say away for a typo between two keys right next to one another on the keyboard! This is so straw man it's beyond ridiculous at how far you're reaching.

Third, Milwaukee picked Norman Powell FOR US! They didn't want him, they wanted Greivis Vasquez and gladly took Powell for us to get him. You probably think we picked Roy Hibbert for ourselves too and just thought Jermaine O'Neal was so good that we had to give up Hibbert minutes after we picked him for that steal of a trade.

so DX updated the mock and OG Anunoby has dropped completely off of it. Have there been whispers that he will stay in Indiana for another year?

Wow, I hope he doesn't pull a Nigel Hayes.

His athleticism is so key to his game that nobody is going to want him if he'll have lost it. He's not a highly skilled/finesse player, so he doesn't have pure skill to fall back on. If Masai doesn't package the picks to move up, or deal one in another trade, then grabbing OG might be a good risk to take.

We should definetly go away with a talented big man with the amount this draft is going to produce. John Collins in now making waves.

He's been very productive and greatly improved in the areas where DX said he needed work, which was cutting down on fouls and improving his defensive rebounds. He went from 7.4 fouls per 40 minutes to 4.9 as a sophomore. Also up to 9.1 defensive rebounds per 40 from 6.6.
I'm curious how he'll measure out at the combine since his length hasn't been tested since 2013 apparently. He should definitely be in the discussion for one of our picks though, barring any trading up.
Just noticed me and him share the same birthday. Raptors pick confirmed.

It would make sense for him to go back, especially if he can't participate in workouts or the combine. It sucks for us, but is probably what would be best for him.

Collins actually looks more like a small ball center in today's game. That's not a bad thing by Amy means. We can use a guy who rebounds and blocks shots while dunking everything in sight. Still only 19, so he has plenty of time to further develop.

Usually a bad injury won't dramatically kill your stock if teams believe a full recovery is possible. It really depends on the player and how much they want to be in the NBA in that particular draft. Not working out for teams won't matter a lick in his case. And the combine is a joke anyway, avoided by many.
