However, I've watched some YouTube videos and read some scouting reports...and it seems Perry Jones has a ton of potential...and draws comparisons to McGrady, Odom and Garnett

The ESPN scouting report says he's "a guard in a forwards body"

Listed at 6'11...I was wondering if he could handle playing SF at the NBA level...

And if so, would he be an ideal fit between DeRozan and Davis going forward?

A guard in a forwards body where have I seen that before?

If you guys had to choose between D. Will or Barnes who would you guys draft? I'm personaly warming up to D. Will. He has an unreal first step, long arms and just explodes when jumping at the rim.

depends on workouts, specifically if williams shows he has the lateral quicks to guard sf's. if he does, i'd take williams in a heart beat, and i'm a huge fan of barnes. as it stands right now, though, i'd take barnes.

I like Derrick Williams because he's a baller, but I wouldn't mind Barnes either.

At this point, I'll be happy with any one of Irving, Williams, Barnes, Perry Jones and Kanter

Ive watched a lot of Barnes lately and the guy is just a smart player. Knows how to play the right away and is skilled at a bunch of things. Triano had an interesting comment about the draft a few weeks ago. He said something to the effect of sometimes you need to pick the guy who is the most NBA ready. Too many teams whiff on guys with potential. BC also admitted last year that Brandon Roy was the best pick and that teams always struggle with picking NBA ready over potential. I dont know if they will take a guy who needs 3+ years to put it together.

Minnesota's potential roster next year if they can't make trades during the lockout.

PG: Ricky Rubio/Kyrie Irving/Johnny Flynn/Luke RIdnour/Sebastian Telfair

Beasley, K Love, A Randolph, Wes Johnson and Webster are solid but do they really need another PG? They should just draft Kanter, Barnes or D-Will.

Washington will likely look at a big or SF.

The Kings might want D-Will after he put on a show against Duke in Anaheim.

I'm hoping that teams will worry about needs, Kyrie's toe and not having been able to see him play much. Hopefully Knight & Walker will perform well against him in workout to further complicate things in the top 3.

There are rumors that he's staying but an official announcement will come from him soon.

But yeah. I think our range of prospects should be

Irving
Barnes
D Will
P Jones
Kanter/Val

I just think drafting Kemba with a top 3-5 is stupid.

Just 3 days ago the black falcon was seen playing pickup ball with bunch of people like "us". 3 days after he's still deciding whether to enter the draft or not.

Right now it's just all down to Barnes' decision and if he does, we have lots of options in the SF department.

1st pick scenario - Irving of course
2nd pick scenario - DWill or HB
3rd pick scenario - DWill or HB still
4th pick scenario - PJ3
5th pick scenario - ...........Kanter......?

Anyone know what happened to Josh Selby? I heard his named being hyped up so many times but hes ranked 29th in most mock drafts.

He was out with injuries, wasn't given much minutes to play when he returned from injuries thus his scoring total drops substantially, his jump shots are inconsistent and he has bad shot selection, the worst of all he stands as 6''3 but he plays like a combo guard and doesn't defer much in the game. He struggles mightily on the offensive end. He needs to stay another year to polish his skills.

I think that's the most logical draft board at this point. Depending on workouts, P3 and Kanter could be interchangable

I think him not announcing along with Henson and Zeller proved those rumours to be obviously false.
He may stay or he may go, but I doubt anybody would know at this point other than him and his family.
