Our next few games should be all losses on this tough western conference road trip, while our tank competition has more contests against eachother.

All those bandwagon jumpers need to bugger off. tWo is still here...We've always been here. Next few games could be great for the tank. Let's hope Masai gives us a Christmas present as well by dealing one of Lowry or Amir soon.

I would have preferred a Bucks win. NY is going to try and win all season. They have no reason to lose. We need Milwaukee to start catching up.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Good to know we can now pencil Charlotte as a guaranteed loss. About time that team hopped onto the treadmill

I'm not sure if we can pass Milwaukee or not. We'll see how good they are when Sanders returns, but Milwaukee might be one of those teams I will just accept as having a higher lottery position than us. Also Philly, Orlando and one of Sacramento/Utah. I'm hoping Chicago doesn't join this group, but it looks like they might be. I wouldn't be all that surprised if both the Kings and Jazz finish with a better record than us, however.

We're making headlines on the news brothers

You could hear the celebrating in Tank Nation as regulation time wound down Wednesday night. A series of desperation heaves by the Toronto Raptors Kyle Lowry and Greivis Vasquez had given the Charlotte Bobcats a gratefully-accepted second wind after what was at one time a 16-point deficit. Ultimately, it would be a buzzer-beating jump shot by Kemba Walker in overtime that would deliver a 104-102 Bobcats win, and the duality of the 2013-2014 Raptors fan remained intact.

I must have screamed for joy when I saw Kemba get wide open and when the shot went up I was already waving and dancing cause I knew that shot was money.

The biggest beneefit to the game going to OT and Lowry nearly scaring the tWo is that now the team is even more fatigued and their hearts have been ripped out.

Lowry's stock has also risen, so I really hope he is moved today.

No. Position should NOT be a priority! Pick BEST PLAYER AVAILABLE & go from there.
People giving up on Jonas this early really? Then go off about how we could have had Roy Hibbert.. who took 3-4 years to put up the numbers he's putting up?

If we're drafting 3rd, or he's best among what's left available, then he's likely the best upside for us, even tho Masai is logical as hell but the African connection is a very tempting one for him (I bet)

I think he's trying to not be like BC as much as possible though. (Brings in Italian Gherardini, drafts Italian Bargnani, in the same offseason).
No connections, he's going to make a basketball decision. I would love to have Embiid, he's the only in center I'd want as a Raptor projected to be in this draft. But I still have Wiggins, Parker, Exum & maybe even LaVine ahead of him.
Ideal situation is acquiring another lottery pick & taking Embiid with one of them.

I don't think any team will be on the same level at tanking as Milwaukee this season. We would need to trade away Amir, DeMar, Lowry for complete garbage to be even in the same region as the Bucks are this season. It's OK though, it's not a one player draft. I'd rather see Sacramento start winning some games.

I consider those posters the "disco inferno" of the tWo. The guy who has to carry the luggage and run errands... but gets demolished in the ring by whoever wants to lay a beating on a weakling

After this western conference road trip, the schedule gets very easy for the next little while. So people will be jumping back on the treadmill in a week or two. If Masai doesn't deal one or both of Lowry and Amir, things will continue like this for most of the season. We're going for 9th.

We need that pack of Eastern conference teams to start winning, or two of them at least. Cavs, Nets, Bulls, Knicks - two of these teams need to pass us and we'll have a top 8 pick.

Man that would have sucked to pick up that 10th win and significant momentum in the East.

I'm disgusted by how pathetic the East is, look at the four teams ahead of us records.

If we don't blow this **** up I hope the Bulls get Jabari Parker and get an all-star rose back.

Ryan Wolstat @WolstatSun
Casey has made a point lately of emphasizing Raptors now back in builddevelop mode. Have "reset again" making sure not judged by wins/lossesCollapse

The Nets, Knicks, and Cavs will all pass Toronto. The Cavs are a pretty good home team - and they will eventually gel a little and start to get a few road wins. Chicago should have been a lock to finish ahead of the Raptors - but they are a shambles right now and can not score at all. They started DJ Augustine at the point last night - and he actually played ok - but that is cause for concern in terms of their tank potential.

it would be something similar to when David Robinson was out a season so when he came back he was united with Tim Duncan.

that would be nuts for Chicago.
