Kawhi's development since his time in SDSU has been phenomenal. The Raptors should pay the Spurs to develop Bruno. Instant superstar.

Let's do it. New player development plan for TO: send every prospect to San Antonio on a yo-yo contract that guarantees two to three years development in their system, then a player option of the final year when returned to Toronto.
