Novocaine wrote:I love this pick for you guys. Top-10 talent in this draft, IMO. Great motor, great athlete, untapped potential offensively. He was uber dominant even if played against low level comp. But he'd raise his game against the best teams in the schedule, fwiw.
Can defend 3 or 4 positions in the NBA, I think. He's like Mbah-a-Moute before the injuries but with a softer touch, better hands, and more explosive.
I think he has Ibaka potential.

The real good news for Raptors fans: I like OG Anunoby even more and had him as a top-5 pick if fully healthy, top-10 factoring uncertainty from injury.

Some people don't believe it just yet, but I think we are going to be happy with the way this draft turned out a couple years down the road. Masai has drafted players with the right attitude and work ethic the last couple of years. I think that both Poeltl and Siakam are going to be serviceable players for us - If they can play D, Casey will give them minutes - Just given our lack of depth at the PF, they should get their chance.

lol I think it was Deyonta Davis, now its funny because that guy can't even get minutes on Memphis with z-bo gone and Pskills is a starter on a top 10 team
