KD is too much fun to watch.. it's also agonizing when he's just carving your team up. We got so many excellent defenders but can't do a thing with this man most of the time.

Overall amazing 2nd quarter! Love seeing Pascal getting back into it. Betting he looks great next Saturday.

i get what u are saying but hes got more 3 pts attempts this season than 2pt, and hes shooting 20% from 3. thats just not smart. even today scottie was yelling at him to go to the rim and he just stood at the 3 point line, its his iq right now that hurting him, not physical stuff.

Yeah that's fair, I don't think he's a very smart player either. But he's usually a spark plug off the bench. I would still try to find him minutes because he injects energy and usually does something productive immediately. Same with Banton.

At one point Fred was dribbling around, Scottie made his way to the paint in perfect position to receive a clear pass, Fred looks him off, dribbles into the corner. Barnes turns and walks away to the 3 point line visibly dejected, Ball is poked loose from Fred, and on the inbounds the time expires. That's what he has to deal with. If he averages 18pths on this team it's a real credit to him.

When Pascal gets healthy and as Scottie improves, the big key will be if Fred can be more of a facilitator and make his teammates better.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Yep. Fred needs to hand over the keys. He is a good off the ball shooter, that should be his role. But his ego needs to accept it.

He was terrible on defense

Well it seemed like we played their bench pretty even for the most part. Good progress to me from him, especially showing that he can play within himself.

If Trent Jr. and Anunoby could make some shots Barnes would have 7 or 8 assists right now.

Birch has been playing too well to be squeezed out. Much more consistent and reliable than Precious, although as you say Precious having a decent game today.

Birch also got into playing form much sooner than Boucher. But, can't complain if Boucher keeps up making decent contributions

Oh, I agree. I think Birch should get the majority of minutes between the 3. I just hope Boucher still has a role because he's usually a spark off the bench. I would rather play him over Precious (most of the time) tbh.

Trent looks a little lost in this game. Brooklyn might have too much guard size at times for him to play his game. Lacking a C is also preventing him from getting some screens for open looks. Maybe he should shift to the bench this one.

For such a likeable and easy going dude, Scottie has an INCREDIBLE amount of confidence and swagger already as a rookie. What a treat to watch :o

Lol, we’re going to have our own big 3 with good role players but because it’s homegrown and built, no one outside this fanbase will notice.

KD can win a game by himself

Yep. But his team is underwhelming. Champiomship asperiations for a lazy ass team. Pathetic

ye i hear ya, he needs to just be the energy ive always known him as, hes not good enough and doing himself no favors right now. focus on defense and let your offense come within the flow of the game. i wish he had birch's mentality about winning being more important than stats.
