Dick isn’t strong like those guys are. No matter how much weight Dick gains and how much he’s able to push in the weight room, he lacks functional strength. No cure for that.

Calm down guys its still pre season Grady is trying to do too much. He has to remain a catch and shoot guy at this point especially if he's out there with our starters. Problem is we'll have too many guys looking for their own shot in the starting 5.
