Man, if JO stays healthy, plays 70+ games and returns to his dominant form of 3 years ago, watch out!

Only if we can somehow get a slashing win scorer now.

for sure. now that t.j. is gone, we got no one else who can create his own shot consistently.

Sorry I don't have time to read all 50 pages of this thread but has anyone mentioned the article on the front of realgm. It says you guys could of had Gerald Wallace for TJ but you turned it down because Charlotte would not throw in a 2nd rounder. Are you serious? If you can trade TJ for Wallace you do it, who cares about a 2nd round pick that wont make the team anyways. What a blown opportunity by you guys if true. O'neal was good value too for TJ, but Wallace would of been much better given O'neils health issues. Does anyone know anything about TJ for Wallace?

Yes, someone mentioned it, there's a thread on it already. So, in your opinion, JO has health problems and Gerald Wallace doesn't. Indeed, Wallace is an ironman. He doesn't get hurt, and certainly doesn't have any chronic issues. And it's not like Jamario Moon is a better defender and makes 9 million/year less than Wallace, and Wallace has a great contract that doesn't last 5 more years.

There is no talk about G. Wallace/TJ trade in this thread. Try the bottom link.

If the GW rumour is true then I guess we really wanted Jawai

Wallace is an overrated 'stats' guy

I would rather have Prince, Deng or Howard

I like O'neals attitude about coming to Toronto, he said good stuff about us and bosh. Seems like he wants to win here.

I just hope he plays 70+ games. I'm happy he sat out most of the season last year. It helped us big time.

Hopefully this means 50 or more win season.

Why would Indiana have any need for joey graham ? they already have his twin. Plus they got Brandon Rush in the draft (bastards !)

So yea, its Maceo Baston in the deal.

Tinsley and Harrison will definitely be gone. If they have to waive someone, it will be a guy like Baston.
With Ford and Jack, the Pacers can move oft-injured point guard Jamaal Tinsley, who has been involved in high-profile off-court incidents.

The addition of Hibbert and Nesterovic means free agent-to-be David Harrison is expendable. Harrison was suspended this past season for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

It appears by what Bird has said that they have every intention of keeping Rasho- not only for his expiring deal giving them cap room next summer, but for the kind of person and player he is.

"All the players that are involved in different scenarios, when they are all presented to you as fans, I think you will be very, very happy with the style, the people, the character, the way they handle themselves and the way they represent you."

Even with Harrison gone, they still have 3 centers.
Foster, Hibbert, Rasho.

I still see a possibility of Rasho being waived.

I hope there's a wink wink deal for Rasho's buyout. If that happens, I'll gladly want him back cuz if Oneal or Bodh go down, we need someone to play centre and lets just say that I am not very hopefl that Bargnani will be the guy to do it.

The backup C spot should be the least of this team's worries. The Raptors don't have one decent starter on the wing. I can name 65 or more wings that I'd take over both of Toronto's starters.
