Good lord, it keeps getting worse. If Hedo is getting traded ok, but wtf is the point of this if he's not? sure he can play the 4, but why do we need any more 4's? fire this scum bag already.

another average player to add to the roster full of average players. it'd be a good pick-up for denver, boston, sas, you know, good teams. but it's just another contract for this team

Caught me completely off-guard. Decent deal. Finally grab the right kind of Euro. Like his build & that he's a baseline guy. We missed having someone parked in the corner for 3 last year. Hopefully Euro practice has improved his %'s. And he increases the chance that the soft label goes away this year. Solid.

Why should you be surprised. If we'd signed Ronnie Brewer to a full MLE, half the board would be whining that he isn't 19 years old and that he has poor shooting fundamentals. Childress would be attacked as a Euro, and if we had signed Outlaw, half the board would have ranted that we don't need a 40 year old power forward because they wouldn't know the difference between Travis and Bo.

I'd rather have Hedo than Kleiza. Klieza's a role player, Hedo's a difference maker, a game changer if you don't use him as a 3 point shooter.

Lol what difference did Hedo make in the games he played in? The only one I see if if he didn't TO the ball and shoot a nice 35%FG for the majority of the season, Raptors wouldn't have sucked as much!

He did a lot on the nuggets team in 2008 as Melo's backup. He is an SF who can spread the floor with his shooting, and can also rebound and attack the rim. He's at least as good as outlaw, who just signed for 5 years 35 m.

Word is that he's significantly improved since his last stint in the NBA - he led the euroleague in scoring last year.

He probably getting about 4 M this year, rising to about 5 in 4 years. What's not to like?
