I thought the same thing but I just went and re-watched.

Kyle was looking to call a time-out when Kawhi was bring the ball over half court. Kawhi looked at Kyle as well and signalled for a timeout, he was totally gassed.

So I was initially angry at Nurse, but it was our 2 best players making the call, so that makes that part more palatable.

I thought so too, but when Kawhi was asked about this in his press conference, he didn't seem to know exactly why Nurse called the timeout.

He said he just assumed that he was trying to give them rest.

Yeah I saw that in the presser as well.

I just re-watched again, and yes I believe the whole time out sequence was initiated by Kyle.

Kyle looked to Nurse to get approval to call one, Nurse must have agreed, then when Kawhi looked at Kyle for the play, a time out was called.
So I guess we can put the 3 minute time out on Kyle.

As Kawhi said in the presser, if we won, no one would be talking about it.

Something didn't feel right about this game from the get-go. Hopefully we get Kyle "I play better on the road" Lowry and Kawhi "Buckets" Leonard back next game. In the mean time, I guess it's better to stay off the Internet for the time being.

Kawhi sometimes is a bit late in identifying the double.... that ball needed to move a bit quicker. Not sure if he actually believes that he can attack a double team.

The fans in the arena did NOT deserve a Championship ceremony. Thats really the long and short of it.

6b is the last zone in Jurassic Park. Zone 1 is right in front of the arena. There’s a zone behind 6b that you could get into without a wristband.

And Warriors fouled instead with Ibaka going to the free throw line. I'm sure fans were not cheering about that. Truth is 20,000 people in the arena were cheering about Durant's injury. Am I right? No of course not, but that's the narrative right now.

I did see a lot of pieces of **** on the baseline waving good bye while Durant was on the floor.

So once again the Raptors lost a game because of one quarter. They have dominated the Warriors this series.

Draymond Green got asked if the timeout Nick Nurse took helped the Warriors calm down when the arena and Kawhi was going crazy: “Absolutely.”

KD out, 2 chances to finish it including potentially a game 7 at home. I believe.

I think because it was a non-contact injury and KD had just been jawing with Fred that's what caused the reaction. The crowd couldn't at all tell it was bad injury KD wasn't crying out in pain or anything.

Yeah. Hopefully this is some dirty karma and an “away” championship allows the players to celebrate without the KD cheering fans.

Although, I have to admit, I was cheering when he first went down. Not because I wanted to see his career end but because they risked him getting hurt again and it was stupid. However, when I saw him limping off the court I felt extremely bad for him and there was something about the game where winning even the championship wouldn’t have felt good.

Hopefully the narrative changes and we can win if for nothing else to justify the 20+ years of being a fan. If we lose this series I will never watch basketball again, I can’t take it any more.

Lol, Kyle three times said that Draymond "got a little piece of it".

No man. He didn't. It was just a brutal attempt.

Just focus on next game. I really really hope Lowry shows up in Game 6.

Not that it matters but this KD injury is now going to be the talk of the playoffs for the series and summer.

We didn't deserve to win this one.
