I gave Scott Hall **** for that but apparently he's not the only one. Sick of this loser mentality. We just beat a Sixers starting squad full of All-Stars and you're telling me I'm supposed to be afraid of George HIll and freaking Brook Lopez? Give me a freakin break.

Sixers were a tough squad, and I'm glad we got the experience of taking them down, Bucks ain't been thru that grind.

Bucks got hobbled up Detroit and a garbage Celtics team that has been playing like trash since the beginning of the season.

Raptors faced one of the best defensive teams of the 2nd half of the season in Orlando, and the team with 4 all-stars and the best point differential by a starting lineup. And we did it on the back of our defense while our shots weren't falling.

Milwaukee goes through Giannis. Stop Giannis and keep pressure on the perimeter.

One thing about the Raps that other good defensive teams don't have, is our ability catch steals by blocking the passing lanes. Game 7 was exceptionally evident of that. We were running them to the end of the clock on damned near every play. And held them to 0 points for the first 4 minutes of the 1st quarter. If even a bit of our shots were falling, it would've been a blowout by midway through the 1st quarter.

We match up better versus MIlwaukee than we against Orlando and Philadelphia.

Plus, Philly already had an unstoppable post machine with a curiously high FT rate in Embiid, and we neutralized him pretty well.

Bucks will be a challenge b/c of their shooting. But as long as Raps carry momentum over into Game 1, we can get them.

We haven't played them since Jan 31st, so we have no idea how our current lineup will fare against theirs.

Like the bell ringing in the diner during the sopranos finale, or baby blue playing as Heisenberg is in the lab, it was poetic, theatrical, a work of Art the long bounces signifying the culmination of all the failures that led us here. Raptors 2019 champions, scriptures shall be written about “the shot”

Man I think i'll be not sleeping for 3 days until Game 1 on Wednesday. I was at my cousins for mothers day and I said to myself I can't frigging scream because it's embarrassing but screw it, No way your human if you don't scream at that shot as a Toronto Basketball fan. Luckily half my family and cousins watches it upstairs while I was with my bro and Nephews downstairs basement screaming until we lost our voice.

But anyways time to:

Another factor is Gasol not having to waste a lot of his energy defending post up All-Star big men. Lopez is primarily a spot up shooter now which should allow him to be more a force offensively for us with that extra energy.

Let Giannis get his 30 but don't pack the paint because that's exactly what they will want us to do. Middleton will be a non-fact for most of the series since he will likely be guarded by Kawhi. The rest of the starters are non-factors from an iso perspective. My only worry is Brogdon.

It's crazy man...

All I remember is being down 2-1 waking up and hearing Siakam was doubtful for Game 4 and it not sounding
likely that he would be back this series and that Tony Brothers was reffing Game 4 I started to slowly go into
depression mostly because of other personal things.

Kawhis performance in Game 4 literally got me out of that funk...

With guys like FVV and Powell providing absolutely nothing and it was clear OG was never coming back it
was scary then guys like Gasol, Green and Lowry disappearing offensively at times I don't know man I can't
believe it I can't believe we pulled that off. Even with Kawhi and Siakam struggling in game 7 we pulled it off.

It's true what they say Defense win championships and we may have not won a championship but that defense
this series was the reason we pulled that sucker off.

Yeah man - that was a Saturday. It was a truly low moment when I heard Siakam was doubtful and we were down 2-1. But yeah also just things beyond basketball that snowball on top of that - it was awful - awful enough that I could not bear to watch Game 4 and I didn't....I nervously sat in silence playing Fortnite until 6pm. Ill never forget that.

This shot doesn't only win the series and is historical in nature for the clinching of the semi's.

This shot is going to alleviate a LOT of pressure off of our guys like Kyle, Green, Gasol, Ibaka, Siakim etc.

Don't be surprised if we have multiple guys scoring.

It's just a psychological thing, knowing that no matter what , we got a Superstar and we got a guy who can dominate to this degree. Itll boost everyones confidence up.

At least someone has brains kinda. Don't even bother to gaurd Giannis because why stop train when we can let it burnt out itself? Ive been saying this: Why gaurd a 5 on 5 when we can gaurd a 5 on 4?

Kawhi's gf was near the tunnel and he gave her a hug as he proceeded inside. Didn't even look at Bobby Webster.

This was on the Sportsnet broadcast (for those who have League Pass) after his interview with TNT. Sorry I don't know how to post the video so I just did a print-screen :D

This is what haves when you have true Superstars on the team, not the Boshs and Derozans of the world.

Kawhi is the best SG since MJ
