I hope this isn't a typical Boston game, we are at home and we should take advantage.

My body is not ready for the mess this board will be in if we do not win tomorrow night.

Y'all see Nicholas' presser after yesterday's game? Dude was (unintentionally) comical.

scheme wise im pretty confident against boston, in the games we have played against them i think we generally got the looks we wanted its more about actually converting those looks.

Interested to see how Gasol changes the matchup, im not optimistic about his defensive fit vs Horford but if hes not roasted in that matchup it would be nice.

The major thing im looking for is more offensive synergy, with Kawhi and the rest of the team. The game against San Antionio we saw a good two man game forming between him and Siakam. Hes also established better chemistry with Lowry as of late. Would be nice to have one offense instead of two going forward

Here's the issue with this load management thing: how are we expecting Kawhi to flip a switch and all of a sudden handle high intensity games every other day if he hasn't done it in the regular season?

yes. because its just for precautionary reasons. Kawhi might not even need the load management right now.

I'm concerned with how well they defend Siakam. I don't have the numbers on me but just from eye test I always got the feeling he was getting stopped easily by their defense

Siakam would be the X factor vs BOS in a series, we know he can cook MIL/PHI

Yeah Siakam seems to struggle against defenders that can match his size and quickness, i didnt see the game yesterday but im assuming thats why he only had 10pts since Orlando has 2 of those guys.

This is where Marc and Kawhi can help is to get less defensive attention on Pascal, and maybe get him the ball in better spots.

Kyle will also be important, both in making Kyrie work on both ends but also giving Kawhi space. Bostons best defenders cant gaurd Kawhi 1v1 but the soft double scheme teams have been using against him have been a little too effective recently.

Need to scheme our way around that and i guess thats where a zone buster like Marc can come in (provided he can stay on the floor against Horford and Kyre)

For all those complaining about Leonard missing games.... those are the total games played each season of his career. Stop crying Like bitches. He is on pace for 60 games this year which isn’t that far off his career average per season all while coming off his worst injury + playing the most minutes of career while having his highest usage.

Siakam needs to take open threes even above the break ones.... also, Pascal needs to learn to c it hard when Marc plays with him because that’s how you can be effective while also using your strengths. He is fast enough and has good hands to catch difficult passes Marc can throw

Magic blow out bucks without Giannis, no one bats an eye.

Raps lose without Kawhi, everyone loses their minds

Anyways, I’m looking forward to this game. Will be a good test
