Just a meeting, but Toronto meeting with TJD. He was hitting loads of NBA threes earlier this week which was shocking to me since he took like three 3 point shots his college career. He is like a Sabonis type potentially if he has a jumper too.

Congratulations Bobby and Masai. You played yourself.

How do you feel if the pick ends up being #20-23? Because if we win 3-4 more games next season that's what it is. Yak is definitely worth a #20 pick.

If everyone waited and just let Poeltl become a FA, the Raptors could just sign him next year?

Except now we get his Bird rights. Which gives us more flexibility to sign other players.

Unless Melo tells the Hornets he is going to bounce, not too confident those two are going to work out.

Lamelo is great off the ball. Their best line ups includes Rozier and Lamelo on the court. Scoot and him would be a fantastic fit.

Forgot about Terry III. I think he is a free agent?

Terry III, Melo and Scoot would be wild.

Jaylin Williams has started shooting 3's with OKC after not shooting much in college. A more mobile and athletic Sabonis!!! But but Poeltl and Koloko...

An impact free agent signing for the Raptors?

I'll wait.

Charlotte needs players. Would they trade Rozier for Flynn, Otto and Boucher? Then trade Precious for Isaiah Joe.

PG FVV - Rozier - Dowtin
SG OG - Trent - Banton
SF Siakam - OG - Harper
PF Barnes - Siakam - #13
C Poeltl - Koloko - Siakam

#13 - Jarace Walker, Hendricks, Whitmore, GG Jackson, Kris Murray .... Leonard Miller... Trayce Jackson-Davis :o

https://www.si.com/college/indiana/basketball/former-indiana-star-trayce-jackson-davis-puts-on-show-at-nba-draft-combine

Jaylin Williams is shooting 40% from 3. TJD has good form. Just needs to practice more shots to get stamina. Bye Boucher and Precious!!! Raptors should trade down and take him and Cissoko.

Bruv, that trade suggestion for Rozier III is as wild as a vv layup attempt at the rim with a defender there

ya, if Lamelo wasn't a good shooter and if he was on the smaller side, there could be issues but they'd make a good inside/outside pairing.

Defensively they will probably struggle to contain penetration but whatever, you figure that out later.

It's one thing to share the floor with Terry Rozier, and another to share the ball with one of the most hyped American point guard prospects in years. Scoot is going to want his own team, and so will LaMelo.

Melo Ball, Scoot and Rozier III would be AI, Larry Hughes and Tim Thomas all over again. Looks fantastic on paper. Disaster in reality.

I know Lamelo has a reputation for being self indulgent player but he plays game the right way. He doesn't dominate the ball, he's like Lonzo in that aspect. Quick passes, pushing the pace, etc etc.

I doubt it'll be a serious issue with those 2. Lamelo isn't meant to be a 1st option nor does he strike me as someone who wants that role.

Maybe, but it's not like CHA has all these mouths to feed. It would basically just be Scoot/Ball taking turns scoring the ball.

Mark Williams
PJ Washington
Bridges
Scoot
Ball

I kinda like that lineup. Not in terms of wins, at least initially, but at least the fun meter would be high.

PJ Washington is underrated and isn't Miles Bridges coming back?

I think he's eligible to come back. I don't think he's signed to a deal yet though.

Return to Toronto Raptors
