Starting to think we would have been better off just keeping the Pacers pick and letting Bruce Brown expire.

Quickley / Shead / Martin
Agbaji / Walter / Temple
Barrett / Dick / Battle
Barnes / Murray-Boyles / Mogbo
Poeltl / Olynyk / Chomche

More flexibility with 2 potential potential lottery picks in a loaded 2026 draft and Olynyk's expiring deal.

His sensibilities are hurt but he should happy with the move.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I think that's Giannis' MO going back to the Jrue trade. Just pretend you didn't know, so you don't burn a friendship.

I don't buy for a second that he wasn't consulted. If he wasn't, then they deserver whatever happens from here on out.

They would have re-signed him if they didn't have their pick. This deal is not that expensive.

You can’t say that now though after the Pacers just lost their best player to an injury and then their starting center to the Bucks. lol.

Without this, that pick is like 25th overall.

100% Horst went out of his way after the Dame acquisition to mention how Giannis didn't know. But he said it a couple of times, unprompted. Which of course was the dead giveaway that he was lying.

Giannis holding Bucks hostage. That's a lot of dead cap space to endure with Giannis still on team. Both sides should have parted ways.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

No, honestly this just sounds like it was meant specifically for Chris Haynes. Giannis married his cousin and Chris is super dramatic and very close with Dame.

With a core of Wemby and Harper, the Spurs though may be the best able to navigate the restrictive CBA because they control a nice chunk of draft capital over the next 5-6 years. They took the approach to spread out their picks which they acquired in trades - so they can replenish their roster with cheaper rookie scale contracts as their veterans eventually become too expensive to keep. They don’t get too attached to their guys and very easily just send them packing for more picks when the time comes.
