Because our coach wants to keep the rotation intact as much as possible. He likes Mamu with the 2nd unit. I guess they could've went with Mogbo as well as a starter, but might as well try and space the floor and play a little smaller with Ochai.

Starting Ochai makes perfect sense. He wants to be able to keep regular rotations stable.

How, he clearly doesn't want Mamu to start because he wants to keep that bench unit consistent with Mamu/GD/Shead

Well, I think resting B2B's if we can afford to is a viable strategy for a team with depth like ours.

But yeah, I also think he wants to see as many combinations as possible out there to see what works and what doesn't.
