You've gotta think Kleiza's agent has sent a pretty strong message to Denver's front office. Explore a S&T with Toronto or don't match as you'll be getting a disgruntled player coming into camp.

The nugget fans want to match caus they know it's a good, cheap deal for a player with Kleiza's abilities.

I remember that post too. I was like, "Oh yea, I almost forgot about Kleiza". Such a BC signing.

I've always liked Kleiza, and I do think he's a solid signing for $5M per season. I just don't like the track that we are on by adding solid role players in an attempt to squeeze into that 8th seed of the playoffs, when we should be dedicating all our playing time to developing our youngest assets and continue to build through the draft for the time being.

I thought people here would be delighted at the signing of Kleiza. He's not old, and if you want to throw a stereotype at him, he's more akin to those crazy europeans that looked like they just went through 4 years of a war than the soft euros we have on our team. On an aggressive and rugged Nuggets team, I personally thought he was their most aggressive player.

Seriously, I kind of hope Denver matches this. He's a good player himself but I'm not sure how he fits into the chemistry of this team
