EFF3KT wrote:Toronto fans had an opportunity to show the world why we are indeed the greatest fans in the world. Besides the applause after some awful cheering of his injury, we could have given him a "KD" cheer. Yes, it sounds crazy but it was an opportunity to show the world our class and wish one of the best players we have ever seen touch the floor to a speedy recovery from a career altering injury.

Instead, a very good chunk of fans start cheering on KD's injury and a bunch of them waving good bye (all caught on camera) and taunting him as he's being escorted into the locker room.

I'm sorry but that's **** despicable and the entire world saw this. I'm ashamed to be associated with these terrible fans and I really hope they don't generalize an entire country's fan base because of a percentage of these inconsiderate fans. Sh*t, I'm already reading all the awful things being mentioned about our fan base.

I can already hear the backlash for tomorrow.

Dude I was at the game - the fans gave him a standing ovation and WERE CHANTING KD. Not sure what you heard on TV but it was very loud from where I was standing (upper bowl, row 2)

The problem with Serge is that he's prone to giving up uncontested 3s in screening actions because he doesn't step up far enough or isn't aware - I counted at least four such instances tonight. You're kinda playing with fire putting him out there with both Curry and Klay.

Saw someone post this here much earlier - the best thing is to avoid all media and social media about the game, until the next game. So much drama, so many "narratives" with all this media overkill. Better to avoid all the useless chatter and don't tune in till the next game starts.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

GS have all these rings and they're forcing all thir players back before they're ready. Now you know why kawhi left the spurs. This should show kawhi that grass is not always greener on the other side

You presume the outcome of an Nba finals based on realgm posters? Our posts are just ss important as the game?

The Raps played a **** final 3:28, that's why we lost.

They were **** closing out all four quarters. Never been there, some nerves.

Lowry makes 5 threes and close it out in six. Book it.

I can't sleep. Not because of the game, they choked but they still have a chance. I can't sleep because I was saying this since Game 2 the narrative in the US Media was to villify the Raptors for bullying the poor, defenseless, Warriors and turn them into the evil, foreign team. I can dig up my posts.

Well they got their wish, the Narratives are coming fast and furious and suddenly the Raptors look evil, against the "Evil Empire".

Good way to not talk about the Warriors and any wrongdoing they might have done to help cause Durants injury, but rather let's blow the reactions to it, out of proportion. Russell Peters said it best, this is how the US Media gets you, they show the same 6 guys in every clip and base narratives off that. So now we are going to hear more about the Fans antics than the injury, just like how we heard more about Drakes antics than the Bucks losing. It's always the same thing everytime.

So as always it's now "Toronto vs Everybody" . Just steal the Title and go home.

That **** smug even after losses so I doubt our fans are the reason he’s acting like a big shot.

Yep. They got the excuse they were looking for to take the spotlight away from us.

We were the feel good, underdog story, and that was bothering them to no extent.

We're the bogeyman now.

So my question to the self righteous all of a sudden scared fans is, should warrior fans be scared when they're players have been the cocky ones? When they're organization forced it's players to play through injuries one resulting in a season ending injury? Isn't there bad juju in doing that? Or does all of the bad luck exist only for the raptors?

Our team has worked extremely hard all season long, we took the hardest path to the finals faced much adversity, it's unfair to all of a sudden through that out of the window because an opposing play got hurt and a small amount of asshats cheered while the majority of the crowd didn't. Wtf does that have to do with the blood sweat and tears these athletes put into the game and their craft? Seriously let's get out of narrative land and adapt the not too high not too low mentality. If we don't close out thursday we still have a shot on sunday.

They were in control of a game, lost by 1, needed 20-42 from three, and yet only won one quarter.

They're ****. We got this.

6b is the last zone in Jurassic Park. Zone 1 is right in front of the arena. There’s a zone behind 6b that you could get into without a wristband.

what time did you arrive to get to.zone 6b? Blue before.tip off ?lol

I just feel bad for Kawhi because that 10-0 run from him was amazing, would have been picture perfect if we just held on for a few more minutes.

I’m sure he’ll have another amazing effort in the oracle.

Why do you feel so bad? honestly its not the end of the world.. you have 3 tries... you were optimistic when you were down 2-0 vs the bucks and needed 2 OT to win the 3rd game. there still 2 games and you are still ahead and with homecourt but just believe you beat the warriors in their home floor. i understand that winning at home is one thing. MJ led the bulls to 6 games winning on the road... anyway its a good preparation for the parade if you guys pull it up in 6
