OG and Precious some big hustle and defensive plays in the stretch, along with Hart.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Re: Former Raptor discussion thread 3.0
I feel like as one of the few precious supporters I have some redemption. It's crazy that people thought he should be out of the league for horrible decision making. To be fair it seems like his stats are actually worse on the Knicks and he's getting less offensive opportunities. Maybe he's showing something on defence/the glass that makes him more valuable than he appears. He's getting 5 ppl out there. He's been a pretty good rebounder with us and better on the Knicks, the 3.5 stocks per 36 he gets kind of gets underrated I think, those are basic defensive stats, but he picks them up, no doubt.

Let's playin for 9th!

He just had a n Antman type dunk on Wizards, I'm sure highlights will be out soon

Damn, who knew Justin Champagnie has been hooping this season?
Averaging 10ppg and 7rpg, while shooting 52% from the field.
I always liked him. Good to see him (and his brother) excelling.

The man went to the 905 and did everything that was asked of him and stupid Nurse ran his starters 42 minutes and glued Justin to the bench. We lost an asset for nothing because of Nurse.

I liked him and am happy to see him doing well. I hope he gets a real contract, I think he's a two way currently. But is it fair to point out Boston didn't keep him either, and he's doing good things this year on a very bad team?
His three looked very good last night, and he played solid D.

Yeah Boston didn't play him either or sign him so they didn't see much more in him either.
Glad he is having a good year and maybe can carve out a career.

Norm playing another great game vs Pels. 35 and counting. Clippers announcer pushing him for ASG.
Will be interesting how Kawhi fits in when he returns soon.

Re: Former Raptor discussion thread 3.0
As a reminder, Norm was a 8.6pt guy in his 4th year at age 25.
Just remember that when evaluating all our kids and judging what upside they have.

Def when it all started to go wrong and I think those guys saw it as a FO that would ship a good piece out to save money, so they all wanted to get theirs and the chemistry was gone plus Gary could never replicate everything that norm did that was taken for granted like his drive game/ability to get to the rim.

Yeah, looking back this might have been Masai's biggest mistake through his entire tenure. We haven't had a scorer anywhere close to his level of efficiency since.

My stance remains that the only mistake there was not shipping out Fred with him and to trade for a 1st instead of an RFA, but yeah. If the goal was just to treadmill, keep the guy who has long time continuity with the rest of your team. This never made sense. The idea of "getting younger" while keeping the rest of your veterans never passed the smell test.
