This is his 4th season. He seems like he's been around forever because he started Kansas as a 16 year old.

That core will result in lottery finishes. Barnes needs better talent around him.

If OG ends up averaging 20 this team isn’t going nowhere.

Ok, thank you that makes way more sense.
The good thing about BI is he can shoot over defenders.
The bad thing about BI is he can shoot over defenders.

I'm really impressed by how well Svi can initiate off the bounce. No wasted time or movement and he has decent quickness.

OG helped OG. It’s not some teaching miracle. Its time and work.

Just saying…..because hearing someone giving someone else the credit for that hard work would be kinda annoying.

Lol, you can't practice or work on someone's game for them obviously.

What I mean is whoever gave him tips or even if it was OG himself who figured out how to do all this and become what he is now, it would do the Raptors well to have that person give tips to Barnes. The one similarity I see between the two is how raw both were when they came into the league. Barnes is clearly a bit more fluid and he had a bit more to his offensive game, buy his shot isn't there yet.

Maybe Kawhi gave OG some tips, maybe it's the Raptors training staff or OG himself. Whatever it is, Barnes has the work ethic to take those type of tips and apply it.

It's just a way of saying, OG has made tremendous strides and it's amazing how fluid he looks now.

ESPN much? Kyrie & Co. need moral support so why not check in over there and stop your deep sea trolling. It remains to be seen who will be better Barnes or OG. Expressing such certainty is your way of just throwing crystal ball sh at the online forum wall.

Where would we finish next year if we had DeMar and BC took over today?

There is no doubt in my mind that playing with and practicing against Kawhi had a positive influence on OGs growth on both sides of the ball.

The best thing about last night's game was Precious attacking Theis. I'm so sick of getting owned by Daniel **** Theis.

And OG gives that wisdom to Barnes.

the disrespect to Siakam. OG's improved handle might actually allow us to play him some minutes at the 2. A lineup of Freddie, OG, Barnes, Siakam and Precious (and once Banton develops replacing him with Freddie) will give us the most switchable/versatile lineup in the league. I feel like Delon Wright would fit like a glove with this team.

I dont see the disrespect to Siakam, I genuinely dont care where he fits in to our lineup long term, Im talking about 3 skilled guys under 25 that can elevate each other.

Siakam was a legit second option on a championship team. People here have short term memory. Yes, he's been forced into a batman role since that championship team fell apart and hasn't looked as good in that role but with so many versatile threats that are more than capable of shouldering the load on offense, I think we'll see the old Siakam back, the more efficient Siakam that can now choose his spots instead of forcing his game. With an expected decrease in his usage rate, expect his efficiency to improve significantly.

Thats fair, he'll still be productive barring a major injury but Im not overly concerned what his fate on the team or personal development looks like long term. My current focus is seeing how the 3 players I named develop together with the prediction that they'll be the core of the future. Feel free to disagree.

I think those 3 along with whoever we get for Siakam/FVV plus the player we draft in the lottery next year (if we are in the lottery). Pretty sure Masai still wants to rebuild the backcourt with at least 1 true shotmaker.
