Sharife Cooper’s dad has weak experience and it shows. Why would you choose him to represent you? I’d rather have Lavar Ball

My prediction on the Raps if they stay at 9:

They take Maluach if he's there. If he isn't, Essengue.

My prediction, someone falls to us that we weren't expecting.

I like Walter, but I don’t want another guard if someone falls to us unexpectedly. Unless it’s Fears

The only player falling that is worth talking about is Bailey. I would probably just draft Bailey if he falls to us and immediately put him on the trade market.

I don't really consider guys like Kon, Khaman, or Fears as a drop if they are available (because I have seen these guys mocked around our pick). Maybe Tre Johnson?

Wolf is a really interesting player for a seven footer who has a higher floor than given credit for.

35% of rim attempts assisted - most self creation for a big even comped to Queen
23 ast% is more like PG than a C
51 pull-up threes taken

Given that he is a seven footer who played a difficult style of game, maybe with NBA spacing and less usage the numbers normalize.

I was originally thinking Hedo, but he won't be that in the NBA, so he is more like Vlady Divac or Andrew Bogut who both could really handle and pass the ball.

I ultimately don't think you take him 9 because I don't think he survives on defense as your lone big. He will get eaten up. Same issue with Queen. They are both big PFs so they don't answer C issues.

If they stay at 9 it's down to 5 prospects for me:

Fears
Kon
Queen
CMB
Jakucionis
Tre Mann should have been a Top 10 Pick in the 2021 Draft

I believe I heard Bobby say in the interview with Will/Alex that by the end of the draft process they will have had about 60 prospects in TOR.

He’s obviously getting bad advice, even if he’s trying to go to a particular team tanking your value is idiotic.

He's focused on his 2nd contract already instead of helping a team anyway he can.

I don’t think that’s fair to say. He’s focused on what he believes is the best situation for him like other draft picks before him, but he’s getting horrible advice and going about the wrong way. If you want to target a team lower, you go and kill your workouts and convince them that you’re worth trading up to draft, but you still need to play the NBA game.

Maybe he has an understanding with a team - the potential problem is that if he kills his workouts then maybe a team that he doesn't want to draft him does exactly that in part maybe because of his strong workouts - It's tricky either way but it's his career. Of course, if he slides in the draft, then he has himself & his team to blame - would make for fun tv.

The reason I’m saying it’s bad advice is that let’s say he wants to end up in Brooklyn. You can kill your workout in Brooklyn, but still meet with other teams and answer any questions they have.

You can refuse to workout for them but this approach makes it sound like he’s a diva and uncoacheable which doesn’t seem to actually seem to be the case. He just has really dumb advisors.

I wonder how a Wolf Dick duo would work.

Probably about the same as a Yak Dick duo.

For me it's:

Clifford
Demin

And personally I'd much rather walk from this draft with multiple first rounders than swing for an aged star.

It's Ace Bailey's prerogative to adopt this approach to the draft. If it doesn't work out great, that's his problem. Not sure why people get so irrationally invested in it.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.
