I'm a bit surprised people didn't realize NB's quality until now because Kawhi is rocking with them.
NB has been continuously producing quality kicks for decades now... durable, light, fits well and functions well, and timelessly fashionable also.
I have always liked them over Nike or Adidas... was just waiting for a baller to sign with them and boy this is a marketing ingeniousness by whomever the director is.

When I got married 18 years ago in June 2001, I had lots of hope for that as well. You have hope for good careers, a nice house, a happy home and of course... kids. Things didn't go as we hoped in that arena. We tried for 10 years (on and off) to have kids. IVF, fertility drugs, ultrasounds, surgeries and a ton of stress. It didn't work out as planned. So we changed gears and focused on adoption and we got lucky in 2013 adopting a baby boy. We just got lucky again and adopted a little girl 5 months ago in December.
Just like everyone else's marriage, it's not easy, it's tough. But we persevered for 18 years and to have a day like today with my family of four was priceless. The long struggle just made me appreciate today all that much more and I am now truly content....

Kind of uncanny how it aligned with the Raptors big day as well, also 18 years in the making.

It only gets better! I know because we did exactly what you did. My wife and I went through the same challenges before adopting two amazing kids.

Our Mother's Day 2019 ended with me, my wife and our now 23 y/o daughter and 22 y/o old son going absolutely crazy in front of the TV when Kawhi hit the iconic shot! Our entire family shared in the joy of Raptors basketball!

After all of the celebrating, my wife said "Thank God Serge didn't touch that when it was on the rim".

Imagine the mob that would be out for him if he did, given he already did that a few possessions before and was standing right under the basket as it was bouncing around on the rim.

This is actually my 3rd. Got one while in high school back in the late 90s and 574's back in 2014. I just saw him rocking these pairs and I loved the colorway.

He did it earlier in the game, and I think that happened at that time so he would know not to do it again at the end of the game... fate.

Man, the raw emotion from 21,000 people in the arena is incredible. Hear Herbie Kuhn the PA announcer for 25 years since Day 1 just scream out the conclusion of the game and series like its his job while obviously on a climatic high from the shot. So happy for every single Raptor fan just for that moment. But of course, we're not done yet!

We so know Serge very well lmao! Even Pascal mentioned this in his postgame interview ..."when the ball bounced, I saw Serge try to jump and get the rebound and in my heart I was like 'Serge! Don't jump! Relax!'"
