You are being inconsistent here.

If you want to say we have to use our talent better and run a few different plays for Scottie to use his talent better that I can certainly live with.

If you are saying we need to run players off the team now (which you said you wanted to do in your first post) in order to force a much higher level of usage to Scottie that he is not ready for... that is a problem to me.

Yeah force them off the team for players that actually have a defined role and skillset conducive to team basketball. Team is full of too many selfish players.

But changing the players this year (or at least up to the deadline) is not something possible. I guess we will just have to agree on the common ground we have that his role at least needs a tweaking and some help from NN at this point.

I'm just afraid of rushing the kid. People have different thoughts on that, and can find examples of each.
