Good character win. Hopefully they win games when it counts.

That was a very entertaining game. So I think the only way Canada doesn't make the semis is if the Dominican beats Argentina and Canada loses by 23 or more to Mexico.

With Mullings' play lately, I think he has a good chance of making the roster for FIBA.

This I can't think of a better unsigned 3-point shooter that I would want off the bench with 10 seconds on the clock at the end of quarters.

Maybe 3-5 years ago... English is 35 now and is having trouble defending. He's a smart player and will shoot better as the tournament goes on but am starting to think this is his last hurrah playing for Canada

Does anyone know the rules for FIBA? I see a lot of old players on the USA team, I thought it was like 22 and under and non NBA players or something.

I was at the game, great atmosphere. After the game, all the Canadian players came out and took pictures and signed autographs. Bhullar is even bigger in person. Nicholson sat in the stands with his family for at least 20 minutes.

Holy ****. The only available Pan Am TV channels are showing 1) CBC news, and 2) Brazil v. Mexico women's soccer (?!??!?) during the men's basketball game and the 100m semifinals (in which Canada has a superstar).

I'm glad it was streamed, but what a complete joke. Ugh.

I'll be honest, I've never really paid attention to international basketball, but these last two games have been great entertainment.

Bennett has impressed me a lot, aside from Murray obviously.

Bhullar contributing too!
For lease.

Sim's productions been pretty good and Murray will definitely be a top 10 pick next season. If that DEN/NYK pick comes through the Raptors will be one of the best young teams in the playoffs in 17'.

youre just showing your own ignorance. hes had a poor couple games, that doesnt change the fact that he's been a star player in the best leagues outside of the nba for years. hes on the opposite side of his career as the young guys, but if you put them in a single game english is the better player. that doesnt mean he should be leading team canada, and doesnt mean hes played well, but to act like he hasnt carried this team many times and is more accomplished than nearly any other canadian in recent memory is just wrong
