Sure it costs a lot to clean that up and re-set it and so on but c'mon... you have lots of days to get that done while Raps are on the road.

Maybe they were like celebration with confetti are for amateurs like Philly (eg., last year when confetti went down mistakenly)

Yeah f*ck the confetti. Confetti needs to be saved for a bigger moment. Remember - we have Kawhi Leonard. This was a huge moment for him - but bringing out the confetti would cause him to cringe. This man has won a finals MVP and a ring. He's advanced far deeper into the playoffs than we currently are. Confetti would just not make sense at this current point given where Kawhi has been.

Confetti isn't for Kawhi though? :-?
Biggest shot in franchise history went down in movie like fashion where everyone is in tears of joy, you don't use that confetti then when?
When we win by dribbling out the clock?
of when we lose in a blowout with garbage players in it?

When we win the chip.

But yes - Im probably thinking too much about it you're right. From a high level - my thinking is all business until we win a chip - thats just what I mean. I guess the idea that we spray confetti around after advancing to the ECF really isn't a big deal.

Of course...
but I'm just saying, they rake in enough money... use them.

Truthfully, I was kind of pulling for the 76ers at the beginning of these playoffs. But then seeing how they acted and Embiid doing all those fouls and flagrants, I was really happy the Silent Assassin put an end to them.

I just wish I saw it live :(

Anyways, congratz! You have a very likeable team, imo.

If FVV is put in a position to be the one to take that shot to begin with, the coaching staff and organization would have to sit themselves down and ask each other some very serious and humbling questions.

Gotta love that front bounce. Usually when it hits the front of the rim, there's no chance. Kind of reminds of of Houston's winner against the Heat way back. You're not sure what exactly the play is. You just give it to your man and he tries to make something happen. Once it hits the front of the rim, you think it's over. But then it bounces way up high and goes in. Hard to Explain

Was interesting to see last night, Kyle tried to have that moment he had with DeMar with the hug celebration ( we did it moment) with Kawhi. It never happened.

Greatest shot in Raptors history.

It was fated.

Many moons ago we had Game 7 vs the 76ers (but at their home floor) and our Superstar missed the last second shot to advance to the ECF to face the Bucks, and the winner of the ECF would face off against the mighty Lakers Dynasty.

Yesterday we had Game 7 vs the 76ers (but at our home floor) and our Superstar made the last second shot to advance to the ECF to face the Bucks, and the winner of the ECF would face off against they mighty Warriors Dynasty (well I'm hoping for a Blazers miracle here...).

Check out the launch angle on the previous post, that's the only reason it went in. Kwahi's normal shots have almost zero degrees of launch angle.

Nurse called it a lucky bounce. And yeah it’s different.

Not sure why people just hear what they want to hear.
