It must be drilled into the Raps head that any time he has a position like this with his man clearly sealed the ball must go in for an entry pass to JV.

To be honest and fair, Dirk, we'd need to see a gif with Bargs' sliding under JV's arm for quite impressive layup. This should be shown to Jonas before every game

Finally a quality game from Lithuanian NT! JV redeemed himself after the previous match, Bargnani kept making some circus shots lol.

Much needed win against Serbia as would be lock in for Olympics. LTU is in a position just like Canada. Serbia has been playing phenomenal basketball though.

Most people thought beating Italy would be a long shot. Beating Serbia is a completely another thing. Lithuania will be major underdogs.

^ I'd say a 33% chance. In one game anything is possible. That said Serbia is stacked and rolling. Sometimes you can be at a disadvantage being the 'undefeated' team nevertheless.

Great game by JV, this is where I have to stop cheering for him though since he's taking on my Serbs next :meditate:

It should be a great game, Serbia and Lithuania are the only European nations left with self respect and zero paid mercenaries on their roster.

Watching post game presser with JV and checking in here. I have to say, I love JV's professional attitude and his comments about the today's game and the upcoming two games, definitely he hasn't lost chip on his shoulder after today. In this tournament he makes an impression that he has matured as a person. What I saw this year is less of the NBA star and more of professional, passionate about bball and sincere young man.
About the today's matchup against Bagnani he said that it was difficult for him, because they are different players and AB is more stretching C and it's hard for him to recover from the help defence, but he looks forward to playing the two upcoming games and playing them to win.
