Yes, Wiggins would definately help the Cavs.

I'm sure they'd rather have Wiggins play at 2/3 than Iman Shumpert and Richard Jefferson. LeBron/Kyrie/Wiggins would be a handful athletically for the Warriors to handle.

Love is slow footed, and one of the worst PnR defenders in the league. Cavs would be way better off with Wiggins.

Thats why I don't understand when people say that Kevin love is great player, he is just stat stuffer. I really wish Warriors sweep them.

I am thinking the opposite, this shows how far the raps are from ever contending. I don't think the NBA would ever let TO get past Lebron, and if anything, Boston is more likely coming up to pass us than us catching cavs.

Agreed.

We're still far from being a legit contender. Even if we added another all-star, we're gonna need a FAR better bench to compete against GSW.

If this was the Raps in the finals instead of Cavs right now, we would be getting smoked by epic proportions.

We need Bud Hield and Al Horford.

Lebrons approach to the game is wrong. That ish will work in the reg season when everything is lose n free flowing, by the time you get to round 3 n the finals, you have to impose your will on the game, His team is not better than GS so your're not going to beat them playing team ball. You have to impose your will on the game get them in foul trouble and slow the game down. 17 shots tonite 20 in game 1 isn't going to get it done. Last year he was forced to impose his will or get blown out and he was up 2-1. This year he's just chillin trying to be a QB and he's getting smashed because of it. Don't leave nothing in the holster and so far he's left plenty. That's not what I want from my star. That only worked in Miami because wade was already an established alpha male and Ray allen was the best shooter.

I rather be smoked by epic proportions then to lose to this fake Cleveland team because in the end of the day if we lose by 20,30,40,50 we still be laughing we made it this far; if it wasn't for the refs meddling I think we could of took the cavs to 7 games!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but the outcome is the outcome and left this season satisfy and looking forward to next season

Most people kept bringing up last year and how they won 2 without irving or love. lol like that was gonna make a difference.

ive come to the conclusion that most people dont know what theyre talking about.

again, the reason why the warriors are so good is because they do things that no one can stop... even if you play good defense on stephen curry, he will drain a 3 pointer in your eye... idk how anyone can look at the warriors and think that theyre beatable in a 7 game series... stephen curry and klay thompson might have the off game here or there, and that may coincide with a warriors loss, but whenever theyre on, its over... and thats just offensively... defensively, theyre still one of the top teams in the league... theyre not phoenix suns, all offense no defense... theyve got ungodly offense, with good defense and theres no way theyre gonna lose. thunder came close, but again, once curry/thompson got it going, they had no chance.

Only consolation would be if Steph doesn't win FMVP.

slow down.
G-State were down 1- 3 and totally outplayed&outcoached until words like chOKC and chOklahoma were added into the Urban dictionary.
Let's not act like that G-State has been this unbeatable team, during the playoffs.

it is not looking good for the Cavs but they are not as bad as the first 2 games! LeBron needs to go full king-mode like last year

lol... before the cavs got into this series, everyone was talking about how dominant they were all playoffs, blah blah blah, championship ready... blah blah... just stop already please. the warriors are a better team period... its so easy to see that, idk why people are in denial...

no one is unbeatable... the raptors of all teams were the first eastern conference team to beat the cavs... and they won twice at that... did anyone realistically think the raps would win the series? no of course not, because the talent disparity and overall lack of execution between the two teams was apparent... it was obvious that cleveland was just the better team, and they had a couple of off games... its that same way with the cavs and warriors right now... its freaking obvious the warriors are the better team.... does that mean they will sweep cleveland? of course not... theyre prone to having some bad games here and there, theyre only human... but at the end of the day, theyre the better team and will win the series...

i said they were gonna repeat all the way in december... there was a reason i said that. i dont just say stupid **** to get reactions or argue with people. i try to formulate opinions based on how i understand the game. it was pretty obvious how good they were if you watched them play... its not a **** fluke that theyre now 2-0 in the finals and have won both games convincingly...

They just don't match up well with them.

Portland gave more fits so far - in their respective series against the Warriors - and Houston of all teams lost less in their first two games, let alone winning the third game. This is the match up some people wanted and it sucks.

The post-game with Lebron was entirely grim.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

I've never seen a more dejected Lebron PG interview he looks completely disinterested and somber, I think he has tuned out mentally, knowing the inevitable outcome of this series.

NBA is a game of matchups, this Cavs roster lacks the proper personnel to matchups against the Warriors. I think we matchup much better against the Dubs, our collection of size, toughness and athleticism would give them fits, we gave them a good battle this past season only to come up short.

Cavs need to play a lot bigger and a lot slower. They aren't going to out smallball the kings of smallball.

No we weren't. You're thinking of Game 5, when the series was tied.

And no, the Raptors didn't overachieve. In fact they overcame subpar performances from a number of their players, and some very questionable decision making from their head coach.

You're right on the game. However I don't know how many more series you need to see to be convinced that having DeRozan as your primary scoring option is not going to get you far. We got here despite his "subpar performances" because we have a very strong supporting cast, arguably top 5 in the league. It has nothing to do with Casey, as we know he was never a specialist on offensive schemes anyways.

Dude, I've been leading the anti-DD charge on this board. But I can want them to go in a different direction and still recognize that DD was considerably worse than his normal self.

Also, the Indiana series was by far Lowry's worst, possibly in part due to his bursitis being at its worst. For much of this year Lowry played like a top 10 player.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."
