Give me a pass please. I'm on the Tao train.

Hope they **** down og to let him heal his calf and rhs same with Siakam and his groin.

Maybe fvv gets a nick or two on his fingers or wrist to shut him down for the season.

Send norm to the Knicks for their pick and the mavs pick.

Kyle back to Philly for green, Scott, cap filler, 2021 first 2022 swap and 2023 first.

Trade the Philly first for 2 early second rounders. Hopefully mavs just miss the playoffs and we get the 13th or 14th pick and the Knicks 15th or 16th pick.

Trade up the 13th, 15th and our lotto protected 2022 pick for a top 5 pick this year.

Hopefully we beat all playoffs team and loose to the tankers and get a bottom 5 record and with some luck get a top 3 pick.

Get cade and Mobley and then some seniors or high potential young players with injury concerns with the 2 second rounders.

I would flip green and Scott to okc for horford and a future pick to take on his salary.

Start 2022 season with the following:

Mobley/horford
Siakam/Boucher
Og/watson
Cade/davis/thomas
Fvv/flynn

Harris/yuta/second rounders for our g league

Philly pick in 2023 just refills our stock for our next trade.

People blaming Masai for this teams flaws. Anyone who didn't think the Raptors overachieved last year is straight up delusional.

I remember DeMar saying being drafted by Toronto was the best thing to happen to his career because it was so cold and foreign to him that all he did was play and study basketball. It really brings the team together

Now we see why Pat Riley needed to build a special culture to be successful in Miami

We didn't overachieve last year. We had an actual frontcourt last year which is the real difference from this years team.

Wins against Milwaukee and Brooklyn will still bite them in the ass imo.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Honestly the way this season is playing out is exactly what we all hoped for. They struggled to begin the season but fought back. Then they got hit hard by Covid and now they have a built in excess to tank. Lottery odds have flattened so now even if they have the 6-7th nest odds, it’s equal to 4th-5th best odds in the past. They also have a built in excuse to trade Lowry and Norm for assets. They also have a built in excuse to rest guys like Siakam, VanVleet and OG and keep them fresh for next season. The core has gone to several consecutive deep playoff runs and that takes a toll on the body and the books, and there’s no other way to extend your competitive window or open the next one without taking a step back both physically and talent wise.

Our best hope right now is a top 5 pick, a couple of first round picks for Lowry and Norm to go along with a few extra prospects. Rebuild the farm system and get ready to compete again in 1-2 seasons, once the team can permanently return to Toronto.

Losing sucks. But at least none of us will experience it physically and we have plenty of distractions to focus our attention away from the team for a few months.

Shouldn't hurt for a few reasons;
1) he is going to greener pastures
2) just concentrate on all the good memories, like our championship season
3) we should get back some assets
4) he will sign a one day contract to retire as a Rap.

Seeing Lowry leave will leave me feeling good, and I like the guy.

All players leave in some capacity.

Losing Kyle for nothing is way worse.
