Kleiza isnt a "top european league player". He went to high school and college in the US, and played in the NBA for 4 seasons prior to his 1 season in Europe.

We don't need to do anything right now. Sorting out the starting rotation is what the draft, expiring contracts over the next two years, and the Bosh TPE are for.
