As good as Pascal is we still shouldn't be giving him way more shots than the other starters. It messes up the offence. I think if we balance the load so that Scottie and Gary and OG can all go off for 25+ on any given night just like Pascal or Freddy we will be a lot tougher to beat. Those guys need to grow into scoring stars too.

I think they just need to stagger the lineup so that Scottie gets more time to play with the bench where he'll be given more shots, but yeah I agree Pascals should not be given free reign to be the number 1 option when we have players that's just as good as Pascal offensively in Barnes and OG.

I know that OG also had his best play last season when Siakam was out. But it isn't that Siakam is selfish because he is a willing passer.

It is just that 3 is too much. We have three of the same player, almost four when you see how Precious is developing. That is why the offense verges on confusion and players looking disengaged at times. People don't seems to know their role at times in this your turn my turn offense.

Siakam og and Barnes and precious all need to feel like snipers from 3pt like when one guy drives get open for a three or flash for a dunk like Boucher and Thad do.

I want all 4 of them to feel like they can take 10 threes in a game if they are being left open you gotta kill if they consciously space the floor for each other this core has amazing potential

just caught this game on the PVR... koloko is looking more comfortable already, Banton had a solid game... showed some nice midrange to his offense. I haven't seen much positive from juancho at all... to this point, I'd say Yuta is just as good if not better because of his motor.

Koloko plays like he's a 10 year vet.
Really impressive pre-season for him. Not many Rookie bigs have his defensive awareness / positioning / shot protection plus he moves his feet like gazelle.

6’8 versatile players who can play sg-sf-pf are cool and all but 7 footer rim protection will never not be a thing. Even a fringe NBA guy like Bebe had such an imprint on the game when he was with us. It should also lessen the need to help on drives and better cover corner 3’s. All these smaller guys collapsing into the paint to protect the rim and conceding corner 3’s ain’t working.

Need a better ball distributor and more balanced lineups. I did like the Young, precious, og, barnes, banton lineup yesterday

At one point I was worried about his hands. Last night he completed an alley-oop with 1 hand and it was ever-so-soft. His hands are fine.

He literally doesn't have any bad attributes.

Funny thing is he looks very composed for a rookie. Wasn’t forcing things at all. If he can develop that 3 or mid range boy watch out.

Why did Grant Williams who is like their one healthy big play the whole fourth and OT?

Why was Marcus Smart flopping so hard until he injured himself?

Raps seemed resilient and Boston seemed fragile. Wild difference from the first game.

He was working on flopping off his left leg.

About 1 shot more per game then what OG and Scottie average when they all share the court together

Scottie especially has had tons of moments last season where he had a chance (and Nurse would have encouraged) to take a shot, drive or just look to score in general. He’s often looking to pass

This team looks good when we have actual guys that can attack inside (Precious drawing FTs, Koloko rolling, OG and Scottie attacking), instead of endless DHOs 2 ft behind the 3pt line that leads to nothing. Need to add a rolling C to the starting lineup. Nurse's lack of PnR offense is horrible.

All of this can be solved if we just had a point guard that knew how to control the game on both ends of the court, prime Lowry would be literally perfect for this team. We need a floor general that can get the ball to the right hands and knows how to let the flow of the game take shape.

Want Scottie to be more aggressive with his looks ? Run the plays he did in this game.

Some PNR's and ghost screens to improve his momentum towards the rim.

that would require GTJ and Siakam not getting the ball more often. Barnes needs the ball in his hands to do "more" with it but its Siakam's team. lots of mouths to feed in the starting 5 it seems.
