Honestly think he's been poor with that generally. Often slow to start to look for the pass, should hit as the defens moves. Then had a few turnovers and a few bad passes out of those

some of it is processing speed and some of it probably is not enough reps with his teammates to know where they will be

Bro it’s wild. Scottie and RJ have been hacked hard and can’t even get a whistle. Only time they even get a call it’s when they’re 10 feet from the hoopso strange

He needs to be a little quicker with his reads, but him having that crazy length allows him to pass around or above doubles a lot of the time. That's why it's a luxury to have you top scorer be a guy with a 9'2" standing reach.

Exactly. With Embid and George, their pace would be much slower.

Yeah. We'll know by end of season if it's bad habits or just needing more game.reps.

I am hoping it improves. His length does bail.him out though.....even when he is trapped.

I remember in 2021-22 when Zion was out Nola started playing Ingram in a harden type role, where all the offence was rolling through him and he began to excel at it. He’s capable of making the right reads and passes but since going back to a diff role in the last 3-4 yrs, with more ball dominant players, he’s kind of lost that a bit. A lot of times it literally just looks like a reluctance to pass it and he ends up getting it out a touch too late, sometimes resulting in a TO.

I would go Jakobe just because he has been struggling so bad. Give him more good vibes.
