ya his impact will be felt if they don't manage to re-sign him.

It may get to a point in which you are looking to trade IQ in order to afford RJ and I would have no problem with that.

RJ is just blossoming in his home town. I love his interviews because his enthusiasm and passion for the city and team really show through.
