Next on the clock is the LA Clippers. I dont know what to make of this franchise really, no coach, they have 5 players under contract, 1 not guaranteed but are keeping obviously. They need an athletic SF, with some defense, but do they address that through FA or the draft. Then if they do address it in FA, do you draft for someone behind the aging and declining BD? I think they just take BPA or trade the pick to move up. Ill take Cole Aldrich.

Davis has the tools to be a good NBA player: big body, long wingspan, decent mid range game, but hasn’t shown the ability to dominate games as of yet. Shows excellent potential as an elite level rebounder and defender but his offense has not yet caught up to his defense. Has good hands, excellent basketball IQ, and can run the floor. Another year at UNC would have done wonders for Davis, who with a resurgent Tarheels program, could surge into the Top 5 picks next year. Comparison: Al Horford

The draft really thins out here so I'd say take the best player available which is Cole Aldrich imo.

Kaman, Griffin are both better than Aldrich.

No Paul George option? And definitely no to midget Aldrich.

If Aminu and Johnson are off the board then the Clippers might be willing to trade down or out of the draft all together. I don't know if we have the pieces to make it work, but BC should look into it.

The Clips would potentially trade the pick then. They already have a terribly crowded front court, and adding another 4/5 to it wouldn't be the greatest of ideas.

Paul George is the pick. He'll work his way into top 10 territory once we get closer to the draft. He'll fit right in with the Clippers with his ability to shoot and plays a position the Clippers desperately need.

I was going to say Paul George too. I don't know if he's BPA (Aldrich, Udoh, others still on the board), but Clippers need an SF and IMO George fits in well at the 3 spot.

I can't wait till it's the Raptors' turn, I'm curious to see who this board picks.

I feel bad for whoever they select. He will inherit the Clipper Curse and will be destined to fail while he is there.

I think this is where Aminu goes, but since it's the board consensus, I guess I think Henry will be the choice.

I think he's probably better suited as a 3, where he won't get chewed up as much on defense, and he seems to have the length to cover any size disadvantage. Plus, Henry and Gordon will really open up the floor for Griffin and Kaman to manhandle the interior. Maybe a safe choice, but they were the 4th worst 3 point shooting team, so it's definitely a team need.

I agree with George.

Although, ideally I'm sure they would like Wes Johnson.

George just makes sense for them, biggest need is SF.... but who knows with the Clip.

I agree.

I think they will trade down, and someone will take Aldrich.

They already have a good C & PF & there are no good swing or PG prospects at 8.

I think they should take a risk & go for potential (Dontas Montiejunas), trade down in the draft, or just go safe & pick Aldrich.
